Galliani: "Perhaps we will buy in defence"

4/12/2006 - 13:20 (MILAN)

Adriano Galliani, vice president of the Milan, does not exclude operations in the market of January. ''We are not in crisis, but he have a short personal now, and we are thinking to take on one or two defenders on the january transfer market. Little words on the hypothesis of a return of Andryi Shevchenko. it's ''impossible''

A couple of defeders don't cut it. We need another forward.

They should go for Suazo. I can't stop saying this but he really impressed me against us, his speed and strength is something we need. He probably won't cost that that much, and he is already adapt to Serie A.

I think he would our best option.

I'm with you mate. I like Suazo a lot, he's more or less the Eto'o of Serie A.

In the summer we were linked w/ Suazo .. He insisted that he wanted to stay at Cagliari ..

The reality of the issue is, Silvio wanted R10, he got Oli to start initial negotiations for R10 ( as we all know, is common knowledge by now..) ..

Suazo, Sobes, R9, etc etc .. We were linked to several strikers, but Silvio intervened.

About Suazo:

QUOTE

Today on the press conference:

"Ronaldinho is really talented, but he's not a pure foward. In that role the best in the world is Eto'o. But it's difficult for players like him, Drogba or Kaka' to change squads. But also Suazo is a great foward, very fast and good on counter-attack."
Carletto

I dunno why he talked about Suazo in this way. Someone...?

They need to fix some patchs on Milan !!! They really need to strengthen its wings - wing backs, that is ..

Gila has to regain form, I have this feeling Milan will get someone to challenge for a place up front.

The situation that makes sense:

very clear, they wanted to see how well this team can perform w/o the three key players that they sold just this summer .. Next step, the fixing is very clear, Milan will bring in one (..or I hope, .. two players) that will get Milan back to it's full potential. Then we go to the final (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/devil.gif)

The Calciopoli hurt us more then we thought. The players didn't have any rest at all cuz they needed to come back for CL qualification. Because of that some players are tired and injuries come more easily. Hopefully with the christmass break, some players returning and a couple signings we can end the seson well (3-4 place). As for CL I don't have any expectation. Mybe with some luck we can make a surprise but not likely.

i think that with 3 new players , milan would look totally diff.

David suazo: he can even improve more, and yet he is a great striker now

A Rb-Cb: a good right back woul give us more offensive and deffensive options

A keeper: this is a must...we need a new keeper if we try to aim as high as we can
