OK, here's the first 11 for tomorrow (it's on the official website). Who's Lunati? Primavera I believe but... any more info about him?

Primavera I believe but... any more info about him? Lunati is a primavera yes and he played at Trofeo TIM in august. He played an excellent game against Inter for a young player and a guy whos first time seeing San Siro was exectly THAT DAY. Milan brought him from serie C1 where he was playing for first team. I hope also Aubameyang and Di Gennaro will play (especialy the last is considered to be a true talent and a future hope for Milan if he will develop as he did until now). Just one more thing about this primavera players - a former one - Marzoratti is almost certain to come back (if Milan have problems buying RB next summer, he could come back even sooner than expected) to Milan and play on the right side of the defence. As for others(attackers) - Pozzi is a gonner as well as Boriello. Let's see what will happen with Ardemagni.

After all, it's just Coppa... Neither would I .. Still, it would be great for us to see what Gourcuff could too .. This will truelly be a test of skill .. FOrza Milan

QUOTE (berenike_10 @ Nov 7 2006, 06:32 PM) Rai I always broadcast coppa italia games, specially when milan, inter roma and juve are playing. Yeah but I thought that they hadn't acquired the rights this season. Anyway, I'll check all of the Rai channels and Milan channel out tonight, if they aren't showing it I'll have to listen to the online radio or try to catch a stream, even though the Coppa streams are rare to find

Ancelotti expects Milan upturn
After a disappointing start to their Serie A campaign, AC Milan are viewing the Coppa Italia with renewed interest as they tackle Serie B side Brescia Calcio in the first leg of a Round of 16 tie tonight.
Scudetto hopes fading Sunday saw Milan slump to their third league defeat of the season, a second straight Serie A reverse following the dramatic lowering of Rossoneri colours in the Milan derby. The 2-0 loss at promoted Atalanta BC leaves Carlo Ancelotti's men 17 points behind leaders FC Internazionale Milano and US Cittàdi Palermo. Milan have been handicapped by an eight-point deduction but their recent results have badly dented any realistic Scudetto hopes.
'Problems' Although the bleak league picture has been brightened by some flying form in the UEFA Champions League - they top Group H with ten points from four games - Ancelotti is under pressure. "We have lost three league games and won just four and obviously we weren't expecting this sort of start," said the 47-year-old. "We have not had much luck with refereeing decisions, but we are having a few problems and cannot deny it. I have a clear idea how to solve them and I want to see a reaction, beginning against Brescia."
'Defensive work' "Crisis" has been the word most commonly used in the Italian media to describe Milan's plight but captain Paolo Maldini refuses to admit the situation is so extreme. "We haven't had much luck lately," he said. "But we must analyse the situation carefully and work on our defence." Milan have conceded ten goals in as many Serie A matches but their attack has not shone either. Ten goals have been scored with strikers Alberto Gilardino, Filippo Inzaghi and Ricardo Oliveria mustering a miserly one apiece. "We must also concentrate on our attitude and try to improve our overall performances as much as possible," Maldini continued.
Derby The pick of the other ties include the Tuscan derby between AC Arezzo and AS Livorno Calcio, UC Sampdoria against Palermo and Thursday's fixtures between FC Messina Peloro and Inter, and SSC Napoli-Parma FC. The return legs will be played between 29 November and 6 December.

Now I haven't been seeing the match and it does seem like we are dominating everything, particularly Gourcuff, but the fact that we can conceed goals that easily especially from set-pieces is more then worrying. 2 chances for Brescia 2 goals.
Our second choice keeper is helping them by fumbling every timid ball that goes his way

QUOTE (berenike_10 @ Nov 8 2006, 08:31 PM) Well thankyou (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) I really can't see why I'm even bothering with this anymore. Even serie A, I'll watch the matches because I love to watch Milan play, even if it's a stupid mid summer friendly against a serie Z side, but I think my optimism is just non exitant anymore. The Cl is still a possibility but the league is just hopeless now

So far we have had SIX corner kick and none of them have been even close to being a threat.
We are conceeding from set-pieces but aren't available to use ours effectively. And it's not just in this match it's in practically all of the matches. Like against Inter we hadsomething like 12 corners and wheren't even able to utilise even ONE of them

Many of us have lost faith in the scudetto, but believing in the coppa Italia ?! What did we leave for teams like Sampadoria, Palermo, Inter, etc etc .. It's a shame how low we can think of our team (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Because of what happened to Liverpool in 04/05 a team thast wins the CL but doesn't finish in a CL spot will be admitted into the early stages of the qualifiers of the CL, to be given the chance to defend their title QUOTE (pKillerMax @ Nov 8 2006, 08:48 PM) this is inter we're talking about!! I really don't believe they will win it. Just wait till mid season comes, they will start screwing everything up

De Rossi, Taddei, Perrotta is a very good midfielder also

QUOTE (pKillerMax @ Nov 8 2006, 09:03 PM) I think what he is doing is called "BEING OPTIMISTIC" I know I'm not being that but some people actually still believe. All of us here know how much work needs to be done in this team starting this January, but are the management willing to put in that effort?? that't the big question here and the big problem, it's not Carlo, it's not the refs, it's not Pippo and Gila playing next to each other, it's the fact that our management are acting like a mid table team that has budget issues in the transfer market, that the real problem

What I'm saying to Mishie is that it's not time to be happy and laid back right now!! It's time to be p****d off at the management and somehow express it! Of course without offending or hurting others...

QUOTE (berenike_10 @ Nov 8 2006, 09:12 PM) most likely that will be the case, nonetheless, we will not wait to much to loss again, we won't beat roma , not playing like this. Ok so let's not forget to take into account the fact that we aren't even half to full strength with this team!!
