If that french d!ckhead wouldn't have sent the letter, UEFA wouldn't have called the Emergency Panel and Milan would be partecipating normally in the preliminary round. |

nothing to worry we will be ok. with no juve or us that must effect tv figures etc and after all uefa are a buisness! the saving factor for me is that we weren't relegated so an 8 point deduction means that nothing to sinister happened.
