I think this could be Allegri's last match. Then again, I would have sacked him weeks ago, so...

I don't think so...I think if they do replace him it will be sometime next month. I reckon he has at least another couple of games. He loses them both and I fear he will be out.

It just struck me that the only reason we are out of relegation zone is coz Siena were docked 6 points. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Allegri confirmed today that we'll continue playing with the 3-man defense, and that Emanuelson might play as LWB. Please Max, play this:

Abbiati
Zapata - Mexes - Yepes
Abate - De Jong - Montolivo - Urby
Bojan - Pato - Elsha

I can only see us winning this one. We performed much better than the place we're at. We deserve better and we will rise soon. I'm not saying we'll win the Scudetto (even though I thought we could get it) but we'll get back to Champions Leauge zone. This is a match to be won and I'm sure even the players expected nicely the change of Allegri in formation on phylosophy.

Abbiati is rumored to be back, while it is expected that Pato and Boateng will start too. We'll probably go with this one:

Abbiati
Mexes - Bonera - Yepes
Abate - Montolivo - De Jong - Antonini
Boateng
Pato - El Shaarawy

While presonally I'd go with:

Abbiati
Mexes - Bonera - Zapata
Abate - Boateng - De Jong - Emanuelson
Montolivo
Pato - El Shaarawy

EDIT: I totally forgot that De Jong is back.

Called up players:

GOALKEEPERS: Abbiati, Amelia, Gabriel.
DEFENDERS: Abate, Acerbi, Antonini, Bonera, Mexes, Yepes, Zapata.
MIDFIELDERS: Ambrosini, Boateng, De Jong, Constant, Emanuelson, Flamini, Montolivo, Nocerino.
FORWARDS: Bojan, El Shaarawy, Pato, Pazzini.

His interview still suggested the usual Urby as our left forward. Do we have any updates on Robinho?

To Milan Channel he said that he could play in the midfield four. Robinho should return shortly.

Seriously? You want him to become Milan's worst manager ever? This would be the 6th match without winning in a row. When did that last happen?

Thanks for opening, I seriously couldn't open another one and see us losing, it's seriously tarnishing my stellar record

If we wait a few weeks it will be even more difficuilt to dig our way from this massive hole that Allegri has buried us in.

If he doesn't win this one than it becomes inevitable.

But Allegri will probably put out this team

Abate - De Jong - Montolivo - Urby/DS
Bojan/Urby - Pazzo - Elsha

HEY!!

I opened nearly all the Serie A threads from our Scudetto winning season as well as last season.

Anyway, if we win this game it's probably because we're playing against our buddies not because Filippo is any good at opening threads

Aye. Allegri's buddies saved us earlier in the season, our buddies will save us again now. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Gotta love em!

Line-up update from Mediaset: Abbiati; Mexes, Bonera, Yepes; Abate, Montolivo, De Jong, Emanuelson; Boateng, Pato, El Shaarawy.

Looks good, but why don't we try Zapata now? He's always shined as RCB in a three-man defense at Udinese. And Mexes should play as the central defender, not on the right.

By the way, I urged for this exact formation and line-up more than two weeks ago (with the exception of Zapata instead of Yepes):

But why Bonera centrally? I just don't get that. He's ideal as RCB/LCB.

Why Bonera at all?

That's the question that should be asked
