Milan have swooped to sign teenage sensation Nicola Pozzi from the Italian lower leagues.
The 17-year-old is seen as one of the most promising youngsters in the country, and Milan have finally confirmed that they have won the race to sign him. Juventus and Internazionale had also tried to snap up the Cesena star, but it is the European Champions that have been successful. Pozzi has agreed a five-year deal with Milan, that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2008. Milan chief Carlo Ancelotti (pictured ) is delighted to have signed the youngster, with the coach reinforcing his statement that Milan are seeking to buy the cream of the Italian youngsters. called him back |

I think this news is 2 years old. We signed him in 2004 from Cesena and he actually plays for Empoli.

Last year he played for Empoli as a backup striker. However, he scored 4 goals. Is it good?
