I have to admit it, when the shootout started I REALLY wanted Liverpool to win.

ya honestly no one should be over confident, even when ur favorites you should never be over confident. i think everyone thought milan was going to beat liverpool in 03-04 and then we were up 3-0... how many more do you think thought the game was over? now 2 years later and we are much weaker and liverpool has improoved... do you think we are favorites? heck we are far from favorites vs. man u, a team which is much better than liverpool...
