I don't think 3rd is a sure thing for them, I can see us sneeking it.

Lazio still have Inter, so that's already 3pts gone. Then they have Roma, Fiorentina and they could still lose some points unexpectedly.

Definately not confirmed yet. The screw is really tightening now for the last push of the season

How many more games ? Like 7 or 8 left .. I think we will get a shot at CL again next yr (either 3rd or 4th place finish) .. When I said confirmed, I ment they really leaped into that 3rd place spot (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

But ofcourse they are just keeping it warm for us (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) .. And we will keep it warm for Inter next season (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

p.s. I want this nighmare season to end !!! I want Juve back (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I would give Juve wins in both legs of our encounters just to see them back in the league !!! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

There is no CL without Milan and there is no Serie A without Juve

I watched the Lazio game... they were very good!! Pretty solid defense and they displayed a big team quality; they scored three beautiful goals having only 3 chances (up to that point cause after that they missed a couple) in the game! It's a wrought team, well done Delio Rossi!! Unfortunately I didn't get to see Marzoratti play and I don't know why, I thought he was their starting RB... maybe he was suspended!?

Siena mourn President De Luca

Just hours after formally handing over the Siena Presidency to new owners, former patron Paolo De Luca has died at the age of 64.

The native Neapolitan had taken the Tuscan club to their first ever top flight campaign in 2003, but announced plans to sell up earlier this season.

On Friday the paperwork was finally completed to hand over the reins to Pier Luigi Fabrizi, part of a conglomerate of local businessmen taking charge of the side.

It has now been revealed why De Luca was so eager to see Siena financially stabilised quickly. He passed away last night in Naples after a long illness. He was 64.

Siena have asked the Lega Calcio to play with a black armband during this afternoon’s Serie A game against Reggina at the Stadio Granillo.

“Paolo De Luca has left us,” read a club statement. “We like to remember him happy and moved in the great moments of joy he spent with the side and the city in these years in which he took Robur to the top of the national game.

“Destiny wanted that De Luca should go the day after handing over the Presidency of Siena. For Robur he will always remain the President of a dream that became reality.

“To wife Paola, children Ciro, Dario, Alessandro, Selvaggia and his whole family go the most heartfelt condolences of A.C. Siena in its entirety.”

And Inter continues... 77min 2-0 over Parma. Maxwell on a great play and Crespo after a nice assist by Adriano.

Palermo and Fiorentina drew, so that is a positive we can take from this round.

The rseults really favoured us today. Lazio will probably win tonight but the important thing is that Palermo who are in fourth place drew and we have a game in hand so we're tachnically only just 1 point away if we win against Ascoli.

Fiorentina also drew so that's also a good result having Empoli on your @ss is one thing but Fiorentina is a totally different matter.

And Empoli won, but we have the head to head next week so we don't have to worry too much about them.

The table

The next game vs Empoli will be very crucial. It's more than a must win (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

If we win next week. Palermo seem to be well, falling towards the finishing line and still have to go to Inter, I'd be shocked if we don't take 4th now.

Great goal!

I think Qua is pronounced like (A)qua and then you just discount the 'g'... Something like Coualiarela... but I'm not sure.

Yep.

And if you really want to butcher the name you can also write it like this: Cwaljarella
