QUOTE (whoarethepatriots @ Jan 17 2007, 04:18 PM) Shevchenko has really fallen from grace I highly doubt sheva is gay, instead i think his wife coerscied him into going to london "move to london with or i will leave you"the convo probably went like that Yeah can be like that... but the gayness is not a weird thing in football world... it's just that nobody comes out with it. (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) I have a good fantasy imagination, so Sheva being gay is not unrealistical for me lol

QUOTE I've been made a scapegoat, insists Shevchenko Andriy Shevchenko says he has been made a scapegoat for Chelsea's current problems and is furious with reports suggesting he has become an unsettling influence at the club.
But Shevchenko, 30, told the Times: 'I am being made a scapegoat for things that have nothing to do with me.
'I have been attacked from all sides but I intend to carry on. I will grit my teeth. I am not a quitter I just want to be kept out of the politics.'
Shevchenko also rejected reports that he is a dressing-room 'spy' of owner and friend Roman Abramovich.
He told ESPNsoccernet: 'This is not true. I'm just one player, I'm part of the team like all the others and I don't think this is true at all.'
'I've got the same relationship [with Abramovich] as other Chelsea players, I'm just one player in the team, and I've got the same relationship as all the other players have.'
The former AC Milan player has shrugged off suggestions that there is tension between him and boss Joe Mourinho and insists he would accept any decision the Portuguese manager made.
He added: 'I highly respect him as a manager.
'Mourinho is a great manager. He has showed how much he's worth by winning so many titles,' he adds.
'He has won many titles, but I cannot judge him either as a coach or as a person because I haven't known him for long enough.
Shevchenko feels he has acclimatized to London, but his on-pitch performances have not been up to scratch and he has come under intense pressure to find the net.
'It's hard to judge my performance,' he says. 'The year is not over yet. So far I have not been at my optimum level, I need time but I'm working as hard as I can.
'I need more time, I need time to fit in, I played for another team, for a long time and now I've come to a new team. I need time and luck as well.'
Shevchenko however has now decided to stop talking to the English media - unless asked to do so by the club.
He declared: 'There have been a lot of quotes coming out from me that I don't even know where they've come from.
'They have caused a lot of hurt to me and my family. From now on other than sanctioned club press conferences all my comments will appear here on my official website.' http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=400383&cc=5901

He does have a good point though. It's not his fault chelsea are not beating every team 6-0, he is only one player. Secondly whenever he is playing he gets marked like a mofo, so drogba or kalou find more space therefore allowing them to score. Premiership soccer is not a place for 30 year old strikers because you have less than 5 seconds with the ball. What i dont get is why the F*ck would you marry a f*cking g*dd*mn porn star. She models nude, hehehe now we know what sheva did on his lonely nights in milan (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) . The reason he left was more money, he'll retire in a few years so why not make some extra cash. Also think of this aswell guys, do you honestly think this year and the year after that he would have been able to "save us" if he stayed here, i think not. He's old he's slow he's done and he knows it. Murinho's time is up aswell, he should just leave. He doesnt belong in england, those manager positions only seem to do well with brits. Don't be hating on sheva so much cause he left you, dont cry about it. Even if he steps onto a pitch during his current form, defenders still fear him. Its not like they leave him unmarked. Do you think Puyol isn't afraid of him? Murinho will get cut for two reasons. He is playing the same f@cking style of football for the past two years. WE get it buddy it works. But now some of english defenders have used some brains and now he cant seem to win. IF chelsea were somewhat smart they would have bought fernando torres who could adapt, not some striker whose pretty much old and useless. sorry for gramatic errors.

I'm pretty sure he would have still been good for us, sure he had been in decline for these past few years, but he was still what drove us on and our current form just shows how much we miss him. Would I take him back? I don't think I could ever look at him the same way, Just a couple of months ago I could have never imagined Sheva wearing another shirt other then the red and blakc, but now I just can't imagine him in it. Sheva made his mistake, now he has to live with it. About Chelsea not going for Torres, well we all knew who wanted Sheva and that was Roman Abramovic and not Mourinho.
