People wanted us to lose this cup, so here it is.

Not that I think it will work this time. Even if we lose 12-1, we still won't win Serie A this season.

We really should think of playing Constant as LB if nobody comes till the transfer window closes. Really good utility player. As for our performance, we lack creativity upfront. Boateng once again proved why he's completely inappropriate to wear the #10 jersey. Robinho moved a lot and was overall one of the best players on the pitch, though he should work on his passing accuracy. What kept me worried was our defensive instability and weakness. Juve had plenty of chances to score. Nearly every win of the ball transformed into a dangerous counterattack for them. I think a strong, physical player in front of the defense is a necessity. Montolivo, whilst performing really good, doesn't have what it takes to defend as well as organize our game. Fullbacks were mediocre as usual. Pato failed to make any kind of impact on the game, but it's too early to judge him. So yeah, a couple of quality signings become fundamental at this point. Hopefully our caring president realizes this and signs a nice check to Galliani to spend in these last few mercato days.

What's painfully obvious is that unless we get someone in who can link up the attack with the rest of the team then we will struggle. Pato was barely a blip once he came on, if Cassano is in fact sold then I don't know how we'll be able to accomplish anything in the attacking department.

If Pato cannot be provided with proper support from the midfield and his strike partner then he'll be just as useless as the rest of the players on this team.

Constant and Robinho were the only impressive players on the pitch. Even Abbiati screwed up on a couple of catches. If we don't bring at least 2 more midfielders and keep Cassano then this will be a brutal season for us

Yep,he's pretty much...Galliani has hit a few bumps down the way.His plan would have sounded a lot better with keeping everyone, and getting Kaka on a last minute deal. But,now we're now...err.We're stuck with Pazzini.

I really don't care if he wants out, he has a contract, he has to honour it like the club honoured that contract when he croaked out.

Getting Pazzini and removing our last creative attacking component from the team is suicide.

Very disappointed by Boateng so far. I think the guy's been hyped too much around here. A few spectacular goals don't make you a world class player.

Yes, let's blame a poor performance on our best player! Genius. Is he to be the new scapegoat?

You know, if you didn't agree with the 'hype' in the first place why would you have been 'disappointed' in him given he was merely fulfilling your judgement of him?

+1 especially about Kevin Prince, my thoughts exactly.

Yup, we've got a new scapegoat folks. Last season it was Allegri, and now we know we're not getting rid of him, we can now blame things on Price for having a less than spectacular night.

Why not cut it short and take the famous avenue around here, blame it on B&G (IMG:style_emoticons/default/96.gif)
