If he doesn't win he needs to leave. I'm sorry I can't shake the suspicion that the massive injuries are also due to his training methods. How come we never had this level of problems with Carlo or even with Leo. Even Seedorf was injured!

Only if he wins the Scudetto. He's walking a very fine line imo. If we don't win today's game than game over for Allegri

If we can sign this man, it would be a huge step forward...

Fixed. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Funking fixed, man. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Either stuff Allegri to his throat with some quality creative players (so he doesn't have a choice but to play them) or sign the Don. But either way, make sure we take steps to minimize our injuries.

With the bad boys we've got, I wonder if Fabio's attitude will go down well. Either way, I wouldn't be livid if he did stay on this season.

The rule of thumb is it takes 3 years for the manager to get his team to the peak level with his philosophy. We'll see about it.

I don't think Milan will sack Allegri no matter what. he will be given the next season as well. unless Silvio goes crazy...

I don't want Fabio, I don't want Lippi. I don't want any of those old-fashioned Italian tacticians with their strict, boring brand of football... I'd sooner stick with Max. if you're wondering, yes I still remember when we weren't crippled with injuries we used to play good football and get mainly good results.

If someone like Guus becomes available, by all means, bring him to Milan. THAT would be a step forward.

So you think Hiddink would be a step forward but Capello not? Insane.

Yes, because as I said Capello's style is very strict and old-fashioned, while I can't say the same about Guus. I'm not saying he's Pep Guardiola, but he's no Capello either, a rare combination of experience and good football.

As for Frankie, I think he's the most likely manager to take over after Max. we all know Silvio loves MvB and he's an option too, but in the end Rijkaard's previous success with Barca would be the winning factor.

If we can convince Rijkaard to forgo the gold coins he's being paid in Arabia. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) Only if.

Hiddink is a small club coach who's never able to do the trick in the end. Holland, Russia, Korea, PSV, Chelsea,...you name it, countless "almost winners" or "moral winners".

Capello's football is intelligent and effective. He's twice as good as Hiddink. I don't understand the sudden urge to make Milan play "total" or "sexy" football?

There's clearly a difference between Fabio's and Allegri's approach, if that isn't obvious...well, then it's pointless to argue.

Agreed Fillipo. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) No comparison between the two. Get Fabio, he may very well turn Pato into something too.
