I've not been paying super close to events in Milan recently, so I have some questions.
1: Why is Pato not involved on any level today? Yes, his form is shite but still. 2: Where's fit-again Aquilani? 3: Why the hell does Allegri persist with Urby in this trequartista role? He's lousy in there. 4: Where's our best player? And by that I mean Boateng. 5: Why the hell is Ambrosini starting? He's been rank for a long time - even pundits slag him off. 6: What's Gattuso's situation these days? 7: This is Muntari's debut, right? He's basically a DM, right? As is Ambro. While Nocerino looks to me to be a box-to-box mid. So where's the vision and creativity in there? 8: Good to see Lopez finally start a match - any reason he's barely been used till now? |

I don't know why, I just like our midfield today, I mean Allegri made the best selection based on his options. I really think Muntari will have a good time in Milan and I expect a good game from him today.

Problem I see in midfield is 2 DM's together plus one B2B midfielder really isn't conducive to passing and moving, which is what you need in there. Instead I see lots of free kicks in the middle, plus lots of possession lost. |
