I'd take a MvB-Noce-Aqua-Boa midfield over replacing any one of them with Honda any day.

I would prefer both Honda and Emanuelson over Nocerino.

And we need proper depth, which was my main and original point. We're screwed when Prince is out.

LOL, he's better than most of our midfielders. Two at most aren't worse than him.

Yeah, but I don't think he's Milan quality. Yes, that infamous syntax again. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/king.gif)

Sorry for the post above. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I just lost it for a moment. but really, had this result been achieved under Carlo he'd be praised to no end and until the end of time. it's only right for us Max supporters to act like this when such an opportunity arises!

Do you remember the Ancelotti years correctly? Everyone would have praised Carlo? Why are you so unfair? I don't think any of the so-called Allegri haters here missed to praise Allegri. X-O did so, vnata, han and me too. As well as a couple of other guys. So what's your point? I really think this was unnecessary.

QUOTE
Its funny how quick you guys change sides. It was only a couple of days ago that everyone was saying lets kick him out and get capello and now after a result like this we jump back on his d!ck.

What are you talking about Blue? It's called fairness, you know? Yes, I'd take Capello in a heartbeat if he's even considered, but did Allegri deserve praise for yesterdays match? He sure did.

QUOTE
I guarantee that next year when Juventus is in the champions league they will not dominate like they are doing now.

Seriously? Again? How many times do you have to learn that unfounded prediction in football mostly...well...stay unfounded.

Really, I don't understand how he isn't, but let me ask this: who is from the midfielders Milan could sign?

No wet dreams signings, but that are possible, even when not that plausible, so I'm being gentle here.

Who is? I really don't know who's on Milan's radar right now. A whole bunch of DM's and workers mentioned, little attacking midfielders. But I think Eriksen is by far the better choice.

Honda is a much better player than Eriksen.

Who will be eventually is a question mark to me.

Offering much more defensive security, that's why, and that will bring the best out of Aquilani, and thus the team.

And Emanuelson has been pretty solid for us, hasn't he?

Nocerino is all about defensive security. He's an allrounder. He defends, attacks, presses the opponent, scores very often, plus he's Italian. No way would I choose Emanuelson over him.

chu clearly has a problem with Antonio 2.0

He always leaves him out of any line-up. And I don't know why you have it in your head that he's not a defensive minded player chu

Nocerino a defensive minded player? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

He makes runs forward constantly. Not necessary a bad thing obviously, but it does make him offensive minded.

At first I thought Nocerino was defensive minded too, but later when I saw Emanuelson in midfield I noticed a huge difference in defending. Emanuelson defends way more and much better. And because of that, Aquilani can be more decisive, instead of being the main one helping Van Bommel. Emanuelson and Van Bommel, will keep the Aquilani assist machine (he started well in assists but later he was playing deeper and deeper because of Nocerino attacking mind).

Oh my!!

You're actually laughing and than follow it up by saying Nocerino is not a defensive player and that Urby is better.

Read x-off's post in regards to what I think about Nocerino, as I have the same thoughts regarding him. You're the only person I know that thinks this of Nocerino

Just because Allegri asks him to make late runs into the box, doesnot mean that he's an attacking player

He's box to box midfielder, so it's duty to do both. He always made those runs, it's part of his game. He told in an interview that Zdeněk Zeman taught him that at Avellino.

15 Best Box-to-Box Midfielders in the World Right Now Nice to see that he's appreciated.
