Mesbah is very careful defensively, and he pushes up forward frequently. I see no reason why someone like Zambrotta should get the nod ahead.
Anyway, according to latest rumors, Boateng is likely to play from the very start, with Seedorf and Nocerino on the sides and Van Bommel as DM. |

Any news in regards to who will partner Ibra upfront? As for the LB debate. I'm ok as long as it's either Mesbah or Zambro. But I feel that Zambro is the smarter of the 2, thus Theo would be easier to handle for him |

Taiwo on Zambrotta: "If I was Walcott and saw this 34-y-o in front of me, I'd say 'Give me the ball, I'll take care of wearing him out'. The truth is that he rarely trained during the week, but if there was a game on Saturday, he'd pop out on Thursday or Friday and always play. I never understood this".

However, given how shockingly bad he was and how below average antonini is..i suppose i can't be too mad about it. Though now that we have Mesbah, play him. |

Apparently the Arsenal fans are causing a lot of trouble in Milan at the moment. I read that two Milan fans walked past 200 of them who were drinking heavily, insults were passed and then the Arsenal fans chased the Two Milan fans into a shopping arcade where a plain clothes police officer intervened. And English fans wonder why they have such a bad reputation... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

If it were Racist FC I could understand it but Arsenal fans are usually about as unpassionate as they come. Most away fans make more noise in the Emirates, their 'support' is terrible unless they've just scored. I've not really heard of much trouble before with them, they have the reputation of being quite a light-hearted bunch of fans in terms of a firm etc. |
