Just had a look. He was on the bench an awful lot for Carlo, but not Leo.

People are making far too many excuses for Pato and then turning it to blame Allagri. He's had 4 shots on target this season..

Under Carlo the guy played his best football, and when he was on the bench it was either due to: injury or teen-years (for a time he wasn't still proven enough). I think no one who's watched Milan under Carletto can deny Pato was treated more then fairly and was able to progress.

But that isn't what I said. I simply said he was benched alot, which is true.

Yeah it is, but you used it in the wrong context.

Its not about being treated fairly. its about scoring. I like how balotelli put it. They asked him why he doesntt smile when he scores; he said its his job to score, its what hes there for, he's happy but its something thats normal and expected.

Pato has done f*ck all this season and has been slowly declining year by year. I've personally had enough with him, I hope we swap him for Balotelli or sell him to Madrid.


We defend him over and over for what? Kaka at least won us something, what has pato done for us ? He is overrated and most of it comes from his potential. What has he actually accomplished? Has he won Top Goal Scorer? Has he even been named on Fif Pro's list of the best?

I don't get the criticism really. Robinho is missing sitters that my grandma would score with her cane and we're getting on Pato's back for a game where he barely got to touch the ball because the overall team performance was pure cr@p

I think it's ridiculous. And wanting Balotelli over him is even more ridiculous. At least I can always count on Pato to behave himself as a professional. He's going through a bit of a dry spell after being injured. That's how Pato usually operates, he takes time to get in his stride but when he does he scores regularly. The problem is his injuries, not the fact that he failed to score in a game

I think it's harsh to say Balo isn't professional. He got a red card this season for 2 yellow cards that weren't even yellow card worthy. Otherwise he's been outstanding on the pitch. Off the pitch, it's more funny what he does than bad. Certainly nothing as stupid as getting involved with the owners daughter.

I'm sure you wouldn't think it's funny when he's disrupting your team and creating bad situations for your club

What Pato does in his personal life is his own business as long as it does not effect his performance on the pitch

And you think what Balotelli does outside the pitch affectes his performance?

Balotelli's problem is not a personal love life with inappropriate people. But his antics that effect the club. Whether those antics effect his performance or not is another matter. But if he's having problems with coaches and team mates good performances or not, he will still disrupt the team

Yet City are leading the Premier League, and Balotelli's scoring rate has been impressive. Where's all the disrupting? Maybe you were referring to Tevez. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Yes, I'm sure that will last long (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) Let's wait for someone to tick him off at some point or for him to have another fancy play moment and get on Mancini's nerves. We'll see how long this "great" behaviour lasts
