Agreed. I don't believe we have the kind of money Arsenal demanded for Cesc, but I don't believe that Galliani only has youth players to deal with (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) Clubs are not pawn shops

The deal we had with Arsenal meant we would have paid them around 13m a year for 3 years, so we aren't poor but we don't splash money like confetti like certain other clubs do.

I can't stand Crouch since our games with Spurs. probably the most irritating footballer on earth.

I couldn't stand him since WC 2006, when he had to foul Brent Sancho to get a goal.

Galliani works on a loan deal for Aquilani

QUOTE
With the brackets Montolivo always open, Milan continues to work on road parallel to the second midfield name: Alberto Aquilani. The Rossoneri are still requesting a loan with a right of redemption. The formula is not appreciated by the player who hopes to be able to last up to receive offers for a permanent transfer. Being aware of the need to Galliani to place at least one purchase in that department of the field as quickly as possible, without rushing the last few days waiting for the market to try to get the most out of both sides. Difficult when a different name, at least for the midfield player from the Roman or Montolivo.

Corvino: "To offer Montolivo indecent immediately discarded. If he wants to leave it just goes abroad"

QUOTE
Fiorentina's sporting director, Pantaleo Corvino, clarifies the situation in the former Captain Riccardo Montolivo, revealing the offer of Milan who has rejected the sender: "We have worked in recent months to remove dead branches, but the roots remain intact . We will fight for Europe. The team owner who has played the last half of last season, is all. To these we added as important players Munari, Lazzari, Kharja, Romulo and young people as a great prospect Nastasic. Even for Montolivo I received one from his attorney, but I thought it was indecent and I immediately discarded. It was a planned trade agreement with AC Milan, with the inclusion of half of that of Strasser and Paloschi. The situation Montolivo made me think, Fiorentina has made him an important player and to avoid that someone can think of to get the last offering two euros, I say straight away that the midfielder will not be sold in Italy, but only under certain conditions abroad

Galliani ready for a double shot from England

QUOTE
The "zone Galliani" approaches, and the fans begin to fantasize about what star can land in hot Milanello this last part of August, in which the Rossoneri definitely try to grab an offensive player and the famous half 'left wing is so dear to Allegri. That's why, according to today's edition of calciomercato emerged, the manager Rossoneri have ready the two names: Aquilani and Balotelli. The intention of the expert number two Rossoneri, there is the intention to score a double hit from England, looking to emulate last year at the end of the session when the market came almost simultaneously and Robinho Ibrahimovic. The median of Liverpool, in fact, in the last few hours would have passed his rival in the ranking of satisfaction Montolivo top of Milan fans, while the marriage between AC Milan Balotelli and is in the air for some time now, and the reluctance of Supermario to live in Manchester could be the spark decisive.

Fiorentina - Aquilani : the deal was done but...

QUOTE
The deal was done bewteen Fiorentina and Liverpool on a loan deal but in the end Aquilani asked for a permanent transfer so the deal was broken.

Milan, Lugano is the new name

QUOTE
Diego Lugano, Milan is part of a surprise. According to today's edition of the Uruguayan magazine "Digital Ovacion" agent Juan Figer of the player will be in Milan to treat the sale of Cagliari and Thiago Ribeiro to take the opportunity to speak with the Rossoneri defender. On him is to record the interest of Genoa, Juventus and Lazio

Tottenham also check on Montolivo

QUOTE
The news today is that in the Florentine house of the future Riccardo Montolivo, if not purple, it should be abroad. Whether these statements will prove to be unrealistic or just an attempt to screening, only time will tell. In the meantime, we should speak of interest, reported by "itasportpress.it," the midfielder against Tottenham by Caravaggio.

I hate these Balotelli rumors. We're loaded with forwards, especially now that it looks Cassano won't leave. What do we need Balotelli for?

We have the chance to transfer a great talent for 10-15m. He would make a great vice-Ibra.

A great talent and a nut case. I'd rather wait until he's settled down.

Why do we have to search for a vice-Ibra when Allegri has trouble to find a spot for Pato, while at the same time our creative midfield department counts only Seedorf? I don't get it...yes, he could be cheap, but hell, he'll always stay cheap is he maintains his pattern of behavior.

Aquilani would be a good option on loan but we need someone else as well

Agreed. Still think we'll get Montolivo though. Fiorentina will risk losing him for free, so I think in the end Galliani will win out. It's better to get 6-8m then nothing at all

Pedulla : Galliani is about to close the deal for Aquilani

QUOTE
As revealed by Alfredo Pedulla during 'Football Special', broadcast on Sportitalia, the CEO of AC Milan, Adriano Galliani, Monday or Tuesday will meet Franco Zavaglia, agent of Alberto Aquilani, to define the details of which will the Liverpool midfielder with the Rossoneri. Fedele : 2 players could arrive

QUOTE
Guest in the studies of Sportitalia, the journalist of the Corriere dello Sport, Furio True, the market has spoken of the Rossoneri, "Galliani is very heavy and quiet and I have some huge shots in the second barrel. Milan have an amicable agreement with Montolivo also if it goes to the bench will definitely be Bayern. So I am convinced that Milan will take two midfielders and a striker. Kaka? It depends on the father, should his salary deducted to return to Milan. "

Milan line up €7m Aquilani swoop

QUOTE
Milan are on the verge of completing their €7m swoop for Liverpool midfielder Alberto Aquilani.

Riccardo Montolivo had been the primary target for the summer, but on Friday Fiorentina director Pantaleo Corvino scoffed at their proposal and declared he would “only be sold abroad.”

With this in mind and time running out, the Rossoneri have transferred their efforts to signing Aquilani instead.

The midfielder is an Italian international who has made it abundantly clear he’d like a return to Serie A after Juventus refused to take up their option on his loan spell.

According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Liverpool are prepared to part with Aquilani for only €7m.

It is a huge drop from the €20m the Reds paid for this player to take him from Roma in August 2009.

I've been also reading that Borriello wants to leave Roma. Milan has been mentioned, but quite frankly, I don't see how he could fit into our well-oiled attack.

Those Kaka-father rumors, if true, are so funny. Like he's 9 and we live in the 18th century.
