QUOTE (X-Offender @ Aug 5 2011, 01:25 AM) If things stand as Blue said, then it will be Kaka' + Montolivo. I don't think Ganso is coming. If so then I'll just say I'm "whelmed". (IMG: style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) Not overwhelmed, not underwhelmed, just plain whelmed. Kaka, after all, is not the same player he was here, and pairing him with Ganso (or someone with his characteristics) would be a much lethal combination than an above-average one like Monty. Besides, if we do a direct comparison, I prefer Aquaman a tad more than Montolivo, even though both are above-average players like I said. Also maybe Galliani is waiting to break down Ganso's price down to ~20 million, after his listless showings for the NT in the Copa América. Anyway, let's see what happens, I am pretty sure K22 will be back on loan.

QUOTE (Bluesummers @ Aug 4 2011, 08:54 PM) News: -Kaka deal looks like it will take place with Perez agreeing to a loan deal. Kaka has already agreed terms with milan. The media thinks he will be announced next week.

QUOTE (X-Offender @ Aug 5 2011, 01:55 AM) If Kaka' does return, then I really hope Allegri decides to track Boateng back to a more defensive role. Him, Montolivo and Van Bommel would provide more than enough cover. +1. Agreed. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I do hope we go for both Aqua and Montolivo if we can get them both cheap. We have all seen the best of both these chaps (unlike someone like Ganso who is still unproven and potentially reach higher hieghts), both have Serie A experience, and if we can get both for 15-16 million + Kaka loan, then I'll be one happy camper. That's three creative players, who can service the attack well, and we'll have injury cover as well.

QUOTE (William405 @ Aug 5 2011, 03:06 AM) I like the thought of that happening. Heck, I like the sound of you liking the thought of that happening. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG: style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) See the Aquaman is in a bit of a flux right now, with him being not in the plans of the Liverpool coach. Same goes with the fully Monty, who pretty much being the next captain of Fiorentina is seeking a way out now. Both clubs and players will be somewhat desperate to come to us. Now what we'll get is a proven champion in Kaka, and two lads with unfulfilled potential combing into one super combo player who can provide that bit of a creative spark at will. Two of these are injury prone as well, so that means we'll have more than adequate cover in this regard. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) I'd probably have gone for Poli as well if we were shopping local. And I'd happily sacrifice both Cassano and Flamini to get there. And keep Paloschi, Inzaghi, Robinho, Pato and Ibra as our forward line - with Kaka slipping up further upfront as needed.
