An what do you expect? 100 years and 100 trophies? Every team slips up eventually, and it lasts for years. Barca's slip up lasted 8 years - yes, we're Milan, we made it in 4.

You could have imposed such mentality 2-3 years ago, when we were still ex/champions of Europe, but not now. Especially when you consider we haven't won the scudetto in 7 f*cking years!!!

That somehow is your arch nemesis Ibra. He's responsible for about half of our goals in the league (14 goals, 12 assists). Without him it's another championship for Inter.

I feel strongly about Milan and what it represents. There are things in life more important than football, winning and goals. When I became a Milan fan (recently in 2002) Milan represented so many things, class, fair play, family etc...The recent changes in Milan I'm not too happy about and I know I come across overly strongly at times but to see it all go slowly down the drain because of iBra and Allegri.

Ancelotti for me remains the ideal in terms of coaching. But both he and Leonardo were unfortunate to endure rather lean spells for Milan in terms of mercato activity. They took very different approaches in that Ancelotti played boring crap and Leo got overly attacking when he should have been more conservative. However they played our team like it was the legendary Milan....not some small @$$ team that would be happy with a point and over the moon with a win.

My goodness we simply CANNOT come back from a goal down to win ALL season long....I know I'm harping on this but really....unless we're winning just barely or steamrolling a (usually vastly) inferior opponent we're either en route to a 1-0 loss or an impotent draw.

Take a good long look at Leo and Inter....how much his team FIGHTSS FOR HIM. Yes he's still a bit of a tactical n00b keep in mind that this is only his second season of management of ANY team....but the VERY crucial issue of man management he is pretty good at....If we couldn't come back against a Tottenham that scored against us while depleted I shudder to think what a Bayern with their flying wingers would have done to us...especially after beating us in Italy.

Ever since iBra got here I've been complaining about him.....there are FAR too many youtube videos of him intentionally hitting defenders out of utter frustration at not scoring. ƒúćķ that $#!t ! Hitting Strasser fighting with Onyewu etc etc....Honestly as I said I haven't been a Milan fan that long but I've researched our history and I've not come across this kind of $h!t often at all....Since iBra has arrived they're coming flying in. Maldini, Van Basten, Baresi, $heva, Kaká etc have ALL been through very difficult times and have NEVER behaved this way. Our defenders hardly get red cards far less our strikers....So YES I was prepared to go a bit longer withour trophies as long as we kept our identity as a family gentlemanly sporting club......When you really think about it (and I'm totally NOT aiming this at anyone) a glory hunter HUNTS GLORY and usually at all cost. That's why the johnny come lately Bartha fans support their club for. That's why Trinidad is infested with Manure fans and that's ALSO why we've had so many "new Milan fans" of late....following around Mr League destroyer....but really iBra has profited from two of the scummiest clubs in the Universe who were on both end of unfair advantages...Jube Ladri and Printer de Merda.

Also iBra has never been able to play with the stars of his team (unless of course you include Adriano). At Ajax he was Mido's bíłćh at first then his rise began to coincide with the onset of Mido's even greater mental instability. At Juve he well and truly displaced ADP via performance but had a bad second season and jumped ship as soon as he cood despite declaring himself a childhood Juve fan for an even more despicable club. Nevertheless at printer such an abominable attitude is nurtured and so he enjoyed the best CL flopping time of his career (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) . Soon Jose realized that his presence stagnated the team and made one of the best transfers of the century by getting Eto'o plus cash after which he duly won the CL...you know having a goalscorer who could score on the biggest stage and all (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dramaqueensmil.gif) Then he moves to the BEST TEAM IN EUROPE and actually scores in a big game (to his credit he scored in both classicos) but AGAIN was utterly useless vs the big teams that wouldn't be bossed about by his vastly overrated (Allegri : iBra=Messi (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) )ability. And ONCE AGAIN history repeats itself. Poor thing couldn't play as a CF in front of Messi (who like Pato could play virtually ANY attacking position) and the choice was clear who had to go.

At Milan Ronaldinho has been the first casualty....Pato was for a long time under threat....but everyone excused Mr "I prefer to play with Inzaghi than the Brazilians" -because of his initial breathtaking form. One of the posters at R&B was present in the stadium at the Bari game and actually saw Pato and iBra swearing at each other a lot (hearsay I know). To be honest I was a bit disappointed that Milan fans were so easily bought at ...but I digress.

iBra moves to Milan and Barca becomes untouchable once more despite Real hiring the best coach in the world and acquiring even more reinforcements.....at this point the scudetto, which has been attributed to ibra and a certain Allegri, is well and truly under threat. Yeah I know there have been extenuating circumstances (such as injuries and lack of reinforcement in our historical achilles heel- the left back)...but as far as blame goes if we don't win SerieA ALL I can see are these two.(IMG:http://forum.acmilan-online.com/images/smilie/embarrased.gif)

The videos about him fighting with our own players are disturbing to me too. but there is no doubt that Ibra is the sole reason why we are topping the league. Allegri has to find a way to play without Ibra (which he is forced to do now) otherwise with the decline in ibra's form, he will bring the team down with him.

I dont want to judge him yet and wait until the season is over. But i dont want someone causing unncessary trouble to remain in our team either.

First it was me, then vnata, and now everyone's hopping onto 500-word monster posts to get their points across. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Locke, you, and more. Except X-Off, of course.

And frankly most of us (heck, everyone in Milan too, the management, players) knew what kind of a prima donna we were getting when we bought Ibra, his behavior is part of the package. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) Then we added another one in Robinho, and then brought Cassano on for the ride. The bottom line being that in a club with a family atmosphere like Milan, we may just be able to keep things under control. Well, they are mostly under control for the time being, but the threat of an explosion remains as hot as ever.

People used to harp about how high the wages R80 was getting (which, agreed were a lot). And guess what, Ibra is getting paid a million more than our former Brazilian, and we're still out of the CL at the same stage. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) The league is not a given just yet, we could (in the words of Han the great: hopefully not) very well finish 3rd in the race. While I can't discredit what Ibrahimović has done up till now, score some vital and beautiful goals, the fact remains that neither everything is rosy in the Milan locker room, nor everything is going well as far as the performance is concerned. The next 2-3 matches will decide everything, it seems. And then there is the issue of his antics and attitude. I don't mind that too much as long as Ibra keeps it to himself.

The moment we start seeing causalities (R80, Pato, anyone else) then things get serious!

Early indications are that Cassani won't make it for the match at least hopefully because hes injured.
As for the starting xi, Palermo will stick with the 3-4-1-2 with Miccoli & Pinilla up top.

What a shitty setup for them. This is the type of game ibra would wreck at 1v1 vs little Munoz.

After the Bari match at home i don't know what to expect we could win draw or lose its all up in the air when it comes to Palermo.
