QUOTE (han2503 @ Nov 14 2010, 11:59 PM) Well imo he made mistakes today, ones that could have cost us the game easily. We held on because of the player's sheer determination, and yes that could be attributed to Allegri, but the fact that he started that midfield and then didn't take off Abate who he knows is hot headed and was already on a yellow. Imo these are all mistakes that Leo got rolled over hot coals for last season. The fact that Inter were too toothless to score on us doesn't matter, Real punished us when we played such a tactic any other top team would.
I'm just not ready to believe that Allegri has turned it around. The only reason we're currently top is because our competition has just been that poor, whereas last season Inter hit the ground running 1) No, Leo's mistake was much worse. He didn't sub off the injured and irritated Gattuso. That was a disaster, a rare display of total confusion. Allegri today - was just poor timing. Allegri had two hot-heads, and he just couldn't waste 2 subs before even 2/3 of the match haven't been played. It's similar, but not the same. 2) I'm not prepared to say it either, but sorry, this is just unfair. Inter is weaker, but the rest of the teams are stronger. Milan made a run of 6 matches without defeat and 5 wins in a row, I think the coach should get a bit credit for that.

QUOTE (Zed.D @ Nov 15 2010, 12:14 AM) His assistant could've told him! I guess the yellow to Abate was for knocking away the ball, the one to Pandev for pushing Abate to the ground. I might be wrong though! Anyway, who cares (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) we won the derby!! It was for pushing Pandev away. But yes - no one really cares we finally did it and won. All season looks better now that we broke that spell. Supp. - I really hope we bring in another striker in January. I have a wish-list (1.Del Piero, 2. Ballotelli, 3. Trezeguet)

QUOTE (Fillipo Simone @ Nov 14 2010, 10:11 PM) 2) I'm not prepared to say it either, but sorry, this is just unfair. Inter is weaker, but the rest of the teams are stronger. Milan made a run of 6 matches without defeat and 5 wins in a row, I think the coach should get a bit credit for that. I am still optimistic, we have more points this season as same point last season, i think (and hope) Allegri is growing into his position, but still feel he needs to be more decisive and react quicker. But tonight HAS to be a major confidence boost for the players, coaches and staff at our club. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

QUOTE (amancik @ Nov 15 2010, 12:16 AM) Damn, we can't afford to lose Ibra now, we've got vital games over the next few weeks. I'm worried about Champions League qualification. As we only have Robinho and half-dead Ibra for attackers. You mean half-dead Ibra and semi-professional Robby? Honestly, the guy adds possibly less then any other player. Yes, he runs around a lot and maybe even creates something (questionable) but really - take a simple run into Stankovic as a example - Robinho with the ball in a good chance and position - Stankovic comes, takes the ball without making even contact, Robinho just watching as a spectator. His chance waste, his attitude, his holding...everything is wrong with that guy.

Milan made a run of 6 matches without defeat and 5 wins in a row, I think the coach should get a bit credit for that. 1) That was a complete mix up which even involved Seedorf's shoes... Abate was injured as well, and Antonini was already on the by-line ready to come one, for some reason Allegri held off. Next thing you know Abate is getting stupidly sent off.... 2) The rest of the teams are stronger yes, but who do you see us fighting for top spot against in 3 to 4 months? We have lost some really stupid points this season, most notably against Cesena, Juve (who were complete cr@p) and Catania. My point is, an Inter that is operating at 100% would have left us for dead by now QUOTE (Fillipo Simone @ Nov 14 2010, 11:16 PM) It was for pushing Pandev away. Supp. - I really hope we bring in another striker in January. I have a wish-list (1.Del Piero, 2. Ballotelli, 3. Trezeguet) Those are really terrible choices, Del Piero can barely run anymore and Trez is just an extremely limited player, and I never liked him (IMG: style_emoticons/default/puke.gif) Balotelli is out of the question. We can always go the Roma route when we want to rest Ibra and not play a striker Dinho--Robinho Seedorf

I still have hope for Robinho, i dont know why, i never rated him before at real (that was first i had seen of him), but, there is something about him........Cant put my finger on it! His touch is good, his movement is great, he worked hard tonight and in previous matches. I feel he needs to get used to italian football, then, i hope he will settle and contribute more this season. He was not happy about coming off, and that for me is a good sign.

They would be used sparingly but will improve leaps and bounds just by getting some game time with the first team squad! Even just last 20 - 30 mins regularly.

As for my list - those are the ones who IMO could happen (Berlu "wants" ADP, Trez is in great shape). Is there an option to bring back Borriello?

QUOTE Dinho--Robinho Seedorf OMG are you honest? This is terrible - 2/3 can't even walk after 60 minutes, and no subs would be there to back them up.
