QUOTE (m1ke @ Aug 30 2010, 12:35 AM) Haha, I think that's Benito CarboneHe's Benny alright. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) And his English is almost as good as my Italian, LOL. I wonder whether his nickname is Captain Obvious. At least he think hard before speaking, though. Nothing against the man, I'm sure he's a gentleman, but boy his speaking sills need a brush up. A huge brush up! Appreciate the heads up, of course. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/king.gif) Thanks!

I bet that x-off is still watching this game saying Ronnie is shite, doesn't track back, slows up play, etc, etc (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) This certainly isn't Barca or Inter or Man U. But the point is that we look fluit, fit and just plain determand, something I haven't seen in quite a while. Also was that the doctor Pato kept going to hug after his goals?

QUOTE (MizNelson @ Aug 29 2010, 08:42 PM) Yeah, we're off to a great start, but some people are really getting carried away here. It's only the first HALF of the first game of the season, and Lecce are anything but a powerhouse.
Allegri hasn't proven anything yet. It's his first game (preseason means nothing, like in the NFL), and please let's not start the "...and people wanted to sell Dinho" rhetoric already. There's 37 more games to go, plenty of time for guys to start sucking and us duly demanding their heads on a stick. The nature of the football fan Miz. We've suffered so much that any slight nugget of positivity is latched onto like a leech. If people wanna go OTT about things, I won't begrudge them it. As long as they can handle it if and when things are ever so slightly less peachy. One thing I will say - Lecce were the type of side we'd normally struggle against, so to be horsing them is the way things SHOULD be.

Don't be a debbie downer until Lecce come back on us.

QUOTE (acid911 @ Aug 30 2010, 12:09 AM) Full time, surely. I'm not too much into one night stands. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) And part of that is because I finished a couple of things (language and design courses among others), last week, so my schedule has eased up a bit. Great to be back among friends. Awesome! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/king.gif) QUOTE Word. I was pleasantly surprised to see all three back. And well we can thank Ibra for bringing back Porty, I guess. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Fingers crossed everyone stays a while now, Milanfan is much richer and vibrant with the regular posters around. All four ( (IMG: style_emoticons/default/96.gif) ) QUOTE He'll be back, I'm 100%. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) Just wait a bit. Milanfan's favorite son/daughter can't stay out for too long! QUOTE (Danny @ Aug 30 2010, 12:09 AM) I agree. But I will say his start is stupidly better than Leo's was. Well, Leo was an absolute rookie, and the mood at Milan wasn't the best. Kaka had just left and we hadn't done anything noteworthy in the market. not trying to defend Leo here but I think these reasons played a part in our slow start (we won at Siena if memory serves but the game wasn't the best).
