QUOTE (Dracoris @ May 28 2010, 10:15 PM) Well I don't know if you remember but Pato was out injured for 3 months. Without Ronnie in those 3 months, we might have been in the Europa League again. Sorry, I just can't agree with you here. Ronaldinho was too vital a player for us this year. The only reason I can see him doing worse next year would be because Leo is gone. Stats don't lie and I'm sorry but he was our best player this year. He played in more games than everyone else, Tied second in scoring, led the team and Serie A in assists, and led the Serie A in possible assists. Assists are as good as goals b/c without them there is no goal, thats why its given its own stat. So to say we don't need his assists to win is like saying we don't need goals to win, which is just not true.
Now, all that being said, he accomplished all of this year because of Leo's ability to motivate him and his desire to be in the World Cup. So perhaps he won't be able to repeat a performance like that. In this case, I could understand selling him, but how are we to know his performance will drop? Yeah I know that Pato didn't play for 3 months but you should watch those matches when Pato played on the left instead of Ronaldinho, he was perfect (the match Milan-Sampdoria especially).

QUOTE (X-Offender @ May 28 2010, 11:30 PM) Ronaldinho should be sold for two reasons: he's inconsistent and the whole team depends on him. The guys has glimpses of genius every now and then, but for most of the time he's asleep on field. Such inconsistency damages the squad a lot. The same thing could be said when we had Kakà, but Kakà was a monster that made the whole team move around. He didn't just receive the ball with everyone hoping he'd deliver an assist or a through pass. Ronaldinho is that kind of player. He's lazy, demotivated, getting old, a younger version of Seedorf that is. Yes, he was one of our best players this season, but just looking at the numbers won't solve our problems. Total and utter concurrence from me (IMG: style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

QUOTE (Fishdoll @ May 29 2010, 10:37 AM) Well, Mediaset seems to think Dzeko to City is a done deal. They're reporting that Wolfsburg is now going to buy Huntelaar for 15 million. linkTuttomercatoweb quotes a Gazzetta article that says Fester will be talking with Madrid about Drenthe and Gago. linkThere are also various quotes in tuttomercatoweb about how Milan should sign this or that person from agents, etc. So why them didn't accept our offer , Huntear + cash ? IMO, We will sell Hunter to City and with that amount of money + cash we will buy Dzeko.

IMO, We will sell Hunter to City and with that amount of money + cash we will buy Dzeko. I think it would be better if we offer Huntelaar + 15m euro to get Dzeko.
