I´M SO HAPPY BECAUSE WE´RE ALREADY COOKING TWO SUMMER MOVES:

1. PERMANENT TRANSFER NEGOTIATIONS FOR MANCINI;

2. NEGOTIATIONS TO KEEP LEONARDO.

BOY WE´RE HAVING A BUSY PRE SUMMER TRANSER CAMPAIGN ... 2 MOVES ALREADY ... I CANNOT EVEN WAIT TO SEE WHAT MOVE WE WILL DO NEXT ... MAYBE A 3RD TRANSFER FOR NESTA TO BRING HIM TO THE FIRST TEAM DIRECTLY FROM THE DOCTOR.

BOY I´M SO EXCITED!!!

About how much in debt actually are we? or is berlusconi just super cheap and unwilling to fork over the cash to bring in some younger talent?

We probably won't exist next season, it's got that bad.

Nah, I don't believe we actually have any debt, we just don't spend. I think Silvio wants the club to be able to run itself AND bring in the money to buy players, which is impossible.

Yeah, it's sarcasm. I'm not an idiot, the 'boy I'm excited' is a bit of a giveaway.

I just don't need much to complain, is all.

Zero debt. It's the only achievement we can claim to have. Our current income means we can keep the club running as it is. Anything more than that, in terms of transfers etc. will have to be financed by player sales/co-ownerships.

Silvio occasionally gives us a 'gift'. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

seems like that we ll have another get-by/trophyless season again and that behind the scenes there working on youth i suppose. If we sell pato though for 55 million then they should seriously consider buying 4-5 good players with that money

Mediaset's running an article saying that Leonardo rescinded his contract on Tuesday and that he'll be returning to Brazil to work on the organization of the world cup there (not as NT coach).

The supposed replacements are Tassotti-Galli with Marcello Lippi as a technical director and Maldini in Leonardo's old director/scout role. Also, there'll be a big shakeup in the medical department, according to the article.

Oh cr@p!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) It's mediaset!! They can't lie!!

Fan fury against the management is gonna go up 10-fold now. We lost our biggest trump card when it came to S.American scouting...and we have no coach.

Good luck holding onto third!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

But seriously though..why not just last out the season here? Things can't be that bad! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Oh, the article says he'll stay through the end of the season and will coach the 3 friendlies in north america. But there's another article from another mediaset guy that confirms he'll leave. This one adds that Maldini won't play any real part in things at Milan until after Galliani is gone (there's a lot of bad feelings - understandably - about how poorly Milan handled Maldini's farewell).

Which is a good thing. If we don't win anything for a while, Silvio will see that we desperately need investment. While Athens was great, it's hurt the club far, far more than helped it. It just gave the management an excuse not to spend for a few more years, which is why I really didn't mind how we did in the competition this year.
