Darmian's at Padova -- but he broke his foot and will be out a month. Albertazzi is still with the squad. FYI, both DiGennaro and Paloschi have been called up for the U21s, who play today. EDIT: And the Primavera beat the Ajax primavera yesterday, 3-1. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Padova were just promoted into B, so yeah. Once healed, Darmian should get a lot of time.
Not sure where Zigoni and Berretta will be. Zigoni played a good bit during the summer tour with the grownups but he also played for the primavera in the recent tournament and scored against the Ajax kids yesterday.

I think Zigoni and Beretta will both train with the senior squad this season.
The U21's are tied 1-1 with Russia after 56'. Paloschi has scored for Italy.

I think it was a good move to loan Paloschi. He learned much more than he would have had he stayed especially since our coach was Ancelotti and his playing time would have been limited to 3 minutes per 38 games.
I believe in Borriello, he would have offered a lot if he was not out injured for so long... let's hope he can stat healthy this season.

FT Russia U21 3 - 2 Italy U21.
From the match report in Gazzetta, it seems that Albertino did rather well. They also praised the cb pairing. DiGennaro was fielded in the Pirlo position just in front of the defense (he's normally a trequartista) and according to Gazzetta, it didn't quite work. Also of note, De Silvestri was subbed out early in the first half due to injury.
