This is quite painful - we've got nothing. Roma with a half decent save.

That's it, FT. 2-0 Juve.

Sounds like I was lucky not to witness any of this.

Were there ANY positives at all?

I realize it's not necessarily fashionable to consider that certain players are actually valuable to the squad, but I will point out that neither Pirlo nor Seedorf played today. That's both of the regular playmakers. Ronaldinho - not sure how he played. Other than that, the only guy who could maybe be counted as a trequartista is Di Gennaro and he apparently only played part of one game.

I'm not excusing what sounds like a generally dismal performance - if we sucked, we sucked - but playing without anyone who's really good at distributing the ball is surely going to have some sort of negative effect.

I'm going to guess you didnt' watch the game if so.

Ronaldinho- He didn't do sh*t. If this was an actual game i'd rate him 2/10. He wasted 3 free kicks and lost 9/10 balls. Looks like fitness has nothing to do with his game. He just simply doesn't care.

At this point as much as I hate the slow dutchmen, i prefer him to dinho. At least seedorf doesn't lose 90% of every ball he has. Thank god also that pirlo wasn't sold. Without him, this squad doesn't have much hope.

Also Huntelaar did not have one chance. Not even half a chance. The guy had to drop to midfield to touch the ball because he wasn't recieving anything. Our highest striker has to drop back, thats just sad. I felt sorry for him. He has an amazing first touch though.

But i'm starting to think this is our best line up:

Gattuso-Pirlo-Flamini
--------seedorf-----

Pato ----huntelaar

QUOTE
Milan, Inter and Juventus all participated in the annual Tim Trophy tournament last night, with the Turin based outfit taking home the title, following two victories over their Milanese opponents.

The Rossoneri finished at the bottom of the three team table, with no points and no goals scored, after going down 1-0 to their cross town rivals, and 2-0 to the eventual winners.

Despite this though, the coach of the struggling outfit, Leonardo, believes that it’s still too early to judge his players, based on their disappointing form this pre-season.

“It is still too early to judge our potential,” Leonardo was quoted as saying by Italy’s Channel 5.

“It has definitely been a difficult pre-season for us, and we have struggled in some matches.

“But again, you must wait to evaluate our potential.

“I’m happy with the group of players I’ve got, but there are some areas that we could do with some reinforcements in.”

comon Leo lets not kid ourselves. You need players badly.

Also, it's time to open up the Siena match thread. Who feels lucky?

anyways can't wait until monday when we play the berlusconi cup.

I can't wait until juve absolutely humiliate us and I want to see the look on silvio's face when he has to hand them the trophy when we get *****. I never enjoyed the thought of milan losing, but seeing silvio's face as the stadium insults him when we get owned will be a refreshing feeling. I truly can't wait...
