The Allievi (the 16 year olds) won the Nereo Rocco tournament with some ease (international tournament against other youth teams).

He's a LB mostly who sometimes plays CB. Was captain of the Italy U17s last year and has been promoted up.

Albertazzi played pretty good.
But Carlo wasn't smart putting in a defense of players who hardly play with each other. There was Mattioni, Darmian, Thiago Silva, and Albertazzi. That poor prima goalie Perucchini almost stood no chance. |

Yeah, it seemed like a hastily-assembled team for a pickup game.
Peru completely looked like a fish(doll) out of water, conceding three goals at the drop of a hat and missing everything in the PK shootout. |
