wow, that's damning him with faint praise.

And yet more criticism about other stuff. We DID win the game.

I'm going to extract myself from this dissection of the Many Faults Of Ancelotti, however. Feel free to pick the coach apart for every perceived fault if you like, but I'm going to celebrate the win. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Well, actually I hate it when after a couple of horrible games, we win 3-0 or 5-0 and people [not us, them!] forget everything. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Don't like the subs? did you really like what Carlo just did to Viudez? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) I think that could really affect the kid in a negative way. but that's Carlo, what am I expecting? to give the kids more than 2-3 minutes to play..? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Congrats to Pippo for the hattrick though.

well by my reckoning both teams used 3 subs so 30 seconds per sub mean 3 mins but no time was added so is that Carlo's fault as well

Man, I've grown really tired of Ancelotti but you're exaggerating as much as possible here!

"what Carlo just did to Viudez"? If I did not know I'd think he had killed his parents or something.

and "really affect the kid"? I understand, the kid just saw his parents getting killed! The worst case scenario is that he will be a bit disappointed tonight... but then that will probably make him try even harder in training.

I'd LOVE to see Viudez and Darmian come on earlier in the game but come on now...

Should have sent the kid on just a few minutes earlier. perhaps in the 80th minutes when we were 3-0 up.

Yeah he was smiling but I don't think he was really smiling!! he was just pretending that something cool had happen.

Haven't you ever been in such a situation before yourself?

I'm not on the negative or the positive side.

I'm very happy that we won and that some pressure has been eased, but having said that this does not mean that we there is no crises, like we dreamt up the last month, because that is what Galliani and Carlo will try to feed the fans "There was never a crises, just people blowing things out of proportion"

Yes we won 3-0, but at the 60th minute mark we were still at 1-0 hanging on by a thread, and playing like we usuallu do, weak in defence, losing the ball in midfield and inviting pressure on our selves, personally I did not see any improvment on our part. Pippo on the other hand is our only improvement, had he not put his good boots on today like he hadn't been these past few weeks then we wouldn't have won.

Also a big thanks to Abbiati for saving our @sses multiple times whenever our defence completely fell asleep.

This is what really worries me, we win a game by a good margin thanks to isolated moments in the game instead of an overall good performance and suddenly all the problems are apperantly gone accoring to our management, then 2 weeks at the most pass and we're back to where we were just a week ago, in total mishap.

All I'm saying is let's not get ahead of ourselves, we've seen this scenario play out many times and as the saying goes "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice..."

lets be cool about this and just discuss this (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
so when is a smile not a smile? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
and yes i have been put on in a game with seconds left, it was frustrating but nothing more just made me work harder to make sure i earned a staring place for the following week

I don't see it as a negatvie thing or a positive thing, but I do think that Viudez should have atleast come on when the Sheva -> Pippo sub happened. Atleast he would have hotten 10 minutes...

These results are what most of us wait for so that the young ones can come in when the game is a sure win for us and they won't have any pressure, I personally don't see it as zd does, but I am disappointed to see that Carlo did not pout him on a bit earlier since the score was at 3-0 by th 75th minute

didn't say i agreed with Carlo's decision i just have seen the funny side of it...and without meaning any harm to Zed just thought he was over reacting just a tad thats all (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Fishdoll +2 cookies to the penguins. they've clearly influenced han to write this nicely thought out and balanced post. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/96.gif)
