In Gattuso's case things quickly took a turn for the worse. All said and done, I'm happy for him and his return. He's been consistently improving since our match against inter earlier this year (which we won). You took most of the words right out of my mouth! I agree with the most of it, but I do think people did however realise a dip in Pirlo's form as well. Hopefully after this unfortunate injury he would be back to his best. I think he's been working hard on it in training. Perhaps over the past couple of seasons. Maybe last season was growing pains. Like when Tiger Woods changed his swing.
Though personally, it's Carlo giving freedom to his 2 DMs to move forward to compensate the lack of Pirlo. But Rino has really evolved, so even with Pirlo he's been given the freedom. |
