I'm not sure if anyone knew, but John Carew didn't play in Villa's UEFA Cup game Thursday because he was 'sick'. That story held until he was photographed in a lap-dancing place at 2am Thursday morning.

In Kurt's honor, I'm quoting here some of the chants that were heard today at the Villa game (with thanks to RB Forums' Kalac16):

QUOTE
It seems the Villa away fans caught the story about Carew at the Wigan game. Here are some of the more creative chants.
Also, normally theres a chant that goes:
John Carew, Carew, he's bigger than me or you,
he's gonna score one or two, John Carew, Carew.
To the tune of que sera.

(stole off a Villa forum)

John Carew, Carew, he never had the flu, he looked at a tit or two, John Carew, Carew.
------------------------------------------------------------------

John Carew Carew he's out until one or two he do a lap dance for you john carew carew

John Carew Carew hes out until one or two its cost him a bob or two john carew carew

john Carew Carew hes out until one or two they told us he'd got the flu john carew carew!
------------------------------------------------------------
And when he scored V Wigan some of the Villa fans were chanting: Get your tits out, get your tits out, get your tits out for Carew!

Three more reasons why Brittish fans do it best with songs etc.

Technically Liverpool doesn't deserve to win any match. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Unless it's against inter. Or Man U (only if they are winning the league). Or Real Madrid (only if they are not). Bah! And with this they're at the top of EPL with 26 points, never thought I'd say this.

It's in moments like this I miss Adams the most. When the score went to 4-3, he would have calmed the defence and grinded through those last seconds and got us the points. It wouldn't have been pretty, but it was that mentality that won the Cup-winner's cup and a bunch of League and FA Cup titles.

So true. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) There won't be another Mr. Arsenal that's for sure. My favorite Arsenal player after Bergkamp.

The only canditate I can think of is Jack Wilshere, but he'll have to wait for a few years.
