(IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) Since when has that been any criteria?

It's not, I just said so because you seemed upset about Milner going while it won't change anything as to what Newcastle will achieve... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

League Cup 3rd round draw just been made:
Arsenal v Sheffield Utd
Brighton & Hove (or Man City) v Derby
Burnley v Fulham
Pompey v Chelsea
Blackburn v Everton
Rotherham v Southampton
Swansea v Cardiff
Ipswich v Wigan
Stoke v Reading
Leeds v Hartlepool
Watford v West Ham
Man U v Middlesbrough
Liverplop v Crewe
Villa v QPR
Sunderland v Northampton
Newcastle v Spurs

Some good games in there. My boys have to play the richaest team in the World ((IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) ), Newcastle/Spurs, Blackburn/Everton & Portsmouth/Chelsea are probably the ties of the round!

I think you may treat this cup with a bit more respect this year. Usually your reserves play, but you barely have any reserves to speak of anymore. Plus a few of the gooners are starting to realise they've won nothing for nearly 4 years and are becoming impatient with Mr. Wenger.

Handball N'Zogbia, penalty Arsenal.

Robin van Persie, 1-0 Arsenal.

EDIT: 2-0, van Persie again. A few minutes after Adebayor was through 1-on-1 and put it wide. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

You forgot to mention Eboue's fabulous backheel assist.
As for Adebayor...who put Eboue through?

It was a nice assist, van Persie's pass to Adebayor would have been called a nice assist too.. had Adebayor finished it!

I could have made that pass, that was simple. Adebayor is not a good striker, misses too much and makes a mess of it. He should have scored today, no question.

3-0, Denilson. Decent finish, but he's been very poor today. Eboue, Denilson and Adebayor need replacing if Arsenal want to realistically win the league.

Well, Dudu is coming back soon.

So, it's official - Tottenham sign Pavlyuchenko..

But he won't be replacing Adebayor, just partnering him. He truly isn't good enough for me.

Yep, bit of a silly signing really. Spurs need one thing - DM. They've bought all this attacking flair and done nothing. So they buy another striker.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

Anyways, Joey Barton comes on to loud booing from the Arsenal fans, not sure why they of all teams were booing him. Then he goes in hard on Samir Nasri, which ends up being a superb tackle. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

FT 3-0. MotM for me, Jonas Gutierrez, superb signing by Newcastle. Strong, quick, good passer, very good for for this league.

What the fu*k Kurt, Arsenal wins 3-0 playing absolutely wonderful football, and you keep moaning about Adebayor not being good enough. I don't know why you don't just admit you hate Wenger and so you can't praise his team no matter what they do. Last season, Adebayor scored over 30 goals, and you complained about him after every single game. And even after he scored some great goals like the volley against Tottenham, you refused to credit him at all.
Now, after three games, you're complaining again.
It doesn't matter what Arsenal do, when they won against WBA they were poor, when they lost against Fulham they were miserable, when they crushed Twente McClaren was an idiot and today the are in total control for 90 minutes and score three goals, and all you do is single out players you don't like.

So glad we didn't buy this piece of *****. Can't believe Galliani was actually considering this guy, especially for his over inflated price tag.

btw, anybody know what's going on with the Robinho to Chelsea deal?

Won't praise your team? I have never said you don't play good football, not once, ever.
You beat West Brom and Newcastle, two teams a title contender should be beating. Then you lost to Fulham, who a title contender shouldn't lose to. In those 3 games, you scored 4 goals.. how many does Adebayor have?

30 goals last season? I know how many he scored, but his shots/goals % was terrible, just like today he missed so many easy chances. Why would I lie to criticise Arsenal? In case you didn't know, I can't stand United, but I have no problem admitting Ronaldo is the best player in the World right now. I also said that Denilson, Eboue and Adebayor (Maybe Gallas too) weren't good enough for you - does this not suggest I'm saying Arsenal deserves to have to players? Does this not sound like I'm giving your club praise? Does this also not suggest that I rate the other players on your team? I think so. How often do I criticise Fabregas? van Persie? Toure? Clichy? Even Almunia for f*ck sake.

Oh, as for the Adebayor goal you mentioned, here's my post from last season upon hearing about it:

QUOTE (Me)
Just watching the North London derby highlights.. Robinson made horrible attempts on the first two goals.

-He tried to punch the ball away, but was beaten to it by Adebayour.
-Taking nothing away from Fabregas' strike, but he was beaten to his right, and used his left hand to try and save it.
-The 3rd was a tremendous goal, nothing could have been done about that.

To me that looks like I was saying it was quite a good goal, does it not? You be the judge.

Here's another post from me, about Arsenal:
QUOTE (Me)
I thought goals were going to be your problem this year. I didn't really rate Adebayour and Fabregas could just about do everything except score.

They've both proved me wrong and are on real form. van Persie's been a little disappointing recently though, which is a surprise.

I say things as I see them, why would I say it any other way?

@Han: It was meant to be 100% certain.. but then Real decided they didn't want him to leave. He's not been selected in the Madrid squad for their season opener though, which would mean he's on his way to England I would have thought.
