Then again, given today's embarrassment, maybe Felipe will come over early.

Why Felipe. we're not in desperate need in that department! Abbiati is no Buffon but is good enough given he has two good CBs in front of him.

Well, I'd say we do need a good, young goalkeeper. Kind of an insurance policy in case Abbiati's form drops halfway through the season. So get Felipe or whichever goalkeeper is in Milan's radar. Or even those who're not on the radar.

Hell yeah!!! And good defenders, not Kaladze-class!!!

Ok guys hol dyour breath !!!

Eto'o is going to leave Barca, it is only a matter of time; but unnamed sources (this could be speculation) ... claim that Eto'o destination is outside of Spain and has narrowed down his choices to four teams, so his agent claims; Chelsea, United, merda, and Milan.

It is also speculated that since Ferguson has this new kid, campbell who he plans on integrating into the team. Chelsea who have enough strikers already as well as the merda who are the most equipped team upfront ... Milan are the one team that seem to be in need of a striker, in case this striker drought continues.

Lets wait and see

read that but i doubt we are gonna go for him he will be tpp expensive gallaini will say

Providing Nesta is good to go for most of the season, all we need is another quality CB to partner up with him. Thats the biggest weakness in this team. Well the whole defense is, but that would stop a big part of the bleeding. Zambrotta we'll have to wait and see if he fully regains his best form and Janku isn't a true left back.

As far as Eto'o goes, I don't think we'd be able to accommodate him, Kaka', Dinho and Pato in the one team. Especially if we want to accommodate our standard two DM.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

@ R7

IMO the chance of Milan signing Eto'o is almost zero... I'm not gonna hold my breath (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Maybe it's only me but I think Dida can be a good backup for Abbiati. he lacks continuity not quality. he can't be always our 1st 'keeper but if he plays as a sub every now and then he can be excellent. we should give the priority to CB. we simply don't have enough quality in defense.

I think we should forget signing another striker before the new season. Agreed, it's unfortunate that Inzaghi, Borriello and Kaka are struggling with injuries at the moment, but that still leaves us with 'Dinho, Pato, Seedorf and Paloschi. Can you really see Eto'o arriving, just to cover a couple of games at the start of the season? What happens when Pato comes back from the Olympics - if Pato benched Eto'o, all hell would break loose in the dressing room (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Our front 3 of Pato, 'Dinho and Kaka is one of the best in the world, and Borriello, Inzaghi, Paloschi and Seedorf are good cover.

We need a Stam, an athletic, strong centre back to partner Nesta. Bonera is good, but I'm not sure if he's what we need. He's certainly a great player to have in the squad. Thing is, I can't think of any World Class centre backs that fit this mould, who we could realistically get before the start of the season. Our wingbacks are fine for now, and we've got a competitive midfield (who I hope will be invigorated by the arrival of Flamini). Goalkeeper - well, I think Abbiati deserves a chance in goal. I don't think we've got much choice there (even though I think 10m for Boruc would be a steal).

Agreed. CB signing should be prioritized. it'd be stupid to abandon it and go for a striker instead.

No, we need a CB and a striker. What if the current situation is repeated during a season? Are we going to see Ambrosini play as a striker again? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

And also a good, young goalkeeper. (Yes, I'll keep harping on about it in the hope that I can make myself heard telepathically to Galliani. After all, I read somewhere that he's class and can do such sort of stuff (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) )

Skrtel and Richards are almost impossible in my opinion. Kompany would be nice.

Not really if we are willing to splash the cash. Cause Liverpool have got too many defenders now. And they need money to have that Barry transfer go through. And Richards will be tougher but maybe if Man City doesn't perform well and we do, we might be able to entice him out of that club.

And Maduro is another probable defender we can get.

Agree , we dont have a HITMAN YET and WHY we can manage to hit our stars with injuries from repeating hard work but we cant manage our dressing room with 2 or 3 players more who will certainly will not keep us in every game in worry and fear for results and injuries !!

and actually some players like Sheva and Ronaldo are not those who make problems in dressing room because they only want to play sometimes with a good result !!

and after all i doubt for any move in any of these parts , defense or attack (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
