I might be a bit off...but I thought, Eto'o and Pato were both similar players. Small, quick on their feet etc.
That said...Eto'o would be interesting with Borriello. Another thing, isn't Eto'o a risk considering he could face the same problem as Oli. That he can't handle the physicality of the Serie A? Remember Oli was also making good runs and shots etc...but couldn't hold onto the ball for nuts.
I know a few months back, LaPalma and I were having an argument over Eto'o or Drog...and I wanted Eto'o...but now with Pato in, and Kaka set to play as SS, I'd rather have Drog.

Eto'o as nothing to do with Pato. He's much stronger than the brazillian. On the other hand Pato has way more tecnique (who could do the SS Ã la Zlatan). Comparing Oli with Eto'o is like comparing Kaka' with Jimenez... Kaka' will play as OM in the 4-3-1-2. Ancelotti wants this system back. Nah... Drogba or Eto'o. They're both world-class. Same for Ronaldinho. But 1 of those is probably joining Inter and we'll be satisfied with Borriello and Shevchenko. Our management dissapointing the fans once again. That's what's probably going to happen.

QUOTE (Porty @ Jun 2 2008, 10:53 AM) Kaka' will play as OM in the 4-3-1-2. Ancelotti wants this system back. Who wants his formation back?! You probably meant berlusca right? (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) The Ancelotti-Drogba swap is confirmed by Galliani again ... Maggio will probably end up in Napoli or villa and abate could go to Doria. Atalanta wants to keep Coppola and Abbiatti is the favourite one to be a starter next season! About the Eto'o-Drogba thing, I think the ideal is to have both with Pato and Borri as back-up, but I agree with Porty one of them will end with Mourinho ... By the way, Galliani (I know you guys don't listen/trust what he says, but still) said that Pato will be a starter next season ...

If we do that we'll be the first club to swap coach for player.

QUOTE Inter may have won the Scudetto for a third year in succession, but according to the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS), they are only the second best team in Italy.
The IFFHS conducted a complex study of statistics and other calculations for the period June 2007 to May 2008 to find out who were the top 100 teams in world football.
Manchester United were ranked first, with Argentine-giants Boca Juniors in second, and Chelsea in third.
The highest ranked Italian team is Roma down in seventh, while Inter, despite lifting the Scudetto could only manage 10th.
AC Milan are in 17th position, below Fiorentina in 13th, Sampdoria are 55th, Lazio 64th, and somewhat surprisingly Juventus only just break into the top 100 in 91st place. LOL @ juve! Us 17th is ofcourse no surprise.

QUOTE (morgoth @ Jun 2 2008, 06:40 PM) Balotelli said that if he doesn't play he'll go away and there are reports suggesting that Adriano will be loaned to Napoli, in exchange la merda will have first option for Hamsik and Lavezzi. That Balotelli talks too often and thinks too much of himself. Just shut up boy... if that other deal goes through it would be fantastic for Inter... and stupid from Napoli's part. I doubt and hope that it will not happen.
