I would love to have Toni on the squad, but he turns 31 later this month and picking him up therefore probably wouldn't work as a long-term solution.

Tuttomercatoweb is also reporting that Milan are looking at Sporting keeper Rui Patricio.

Tuttomercato is a rumor-monger disguised as a "news" site. If we're going to pick up a new goalie to replace Dida and Kalac (you really want Kalac starting a whole season next year? I don't think so), we're not going after some unknown like the guy mentioned above.

I disagree with your assessment of tuttomercato, MizNelson. It collects news from other sources, yes. So the smart reader will chase down the original sources and have a clue as to whether they're reliable (Gazzetta) or not (Tuttosport). There's nothing wrong with that; makes it easier than having 9 windows open at once.

Patricio isn't an unknown if you follow the Portuguese league, btw. He's a young keeper, is halfway decent, but I wouldn't necessarily rate him above Kalac. Then again, I still like the Germans (Neuer and Adler) and Akinfeev if we're going for a young keeper.

Here's the Flamini comment:
`Il giocatore sarà a Milano questa sera, firmerà per quattro anni`. Il primo rinforzo per il nuovo Milan è il duttile mediano dell`Arsenal, strappato alla concorrenza della Juventus con un quadriennale da 5 milioni e passa di euro.
['The player will be in Milan tonight and will sign for four years.' The first reinforcement for the new Milan will be the midfielder from Arsenal, Milan having beaten Juve for his signature for a 4 year contract for 5 million a year.]

Those're the quotes from Sky, I believe. Got it off datasport, but it jives with what was said on acmilan.com. The part outside the quotes is what datasport added. The direct quote from Galliani is just the first sentence.

Flamini? He's arriving tonight in Milan, if he passes the medical tests he will be a Milan player. Players want to join Milan, there are no doubts about that, I've never heard anyone say they wouldn't join us unless we qualified for the Champions League." Yup ... Galliani also stated (after Berlusconi voiced his opinion on Ronaldinho), that he is the Vice-president and will always agree with the president (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

Wishlist:

Flamini - Done
Frey
Zapata
Zambrotta
Drogba/Gomez/R10

I hope the club is working hard on these deals... 1 a month fine for me (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Next one .. Zambrotta, hope its finalized soon. Then Frey if we qualify for CL and Fiorentina doesnt.

I like your wish list - I aslo wouldn't mind if Berbatov was to come inplace of the other strikers you mentinoed though - I consider him to be really good!
