And since when is the goal allready scored after giving an assist ?

I just dont like taking away the credit Inzaghi has earned for scoring his goals . I never said it's not because of kaka . See if you wanna quote , read first. Kaka has the credit for the assist , Pippo for the goal. Is it soooooo hard to understand that ?
*

Kaka had an assist and a goal and a lot of positive moves but Pippo is getting all the credit for scoring from one single header [from Kaka's cross (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) ]. is that soooooo hard to admit Kaka was the reason we won?

I SAID [for the thousandth time] he is not what we need in the damned league. I didn't say he is no hero or no superhero or no superpippo or anything. but you're STILL mixing the topics!! can't you just forget about the CL for one minute? I'm talking about the Pippo of Serie A. why don't you get it? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)
*

I do get it !! and I am not mixing up the topics. No one said he was first choice!

It was Gilardino !!! He was the first choice !! You should be focusing on Gilardino not showing up, not Pippo being injured (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I never said Pippo is the starter for the league. Even last season, he was kept on ice for the CL fixtures.

But when the sh1t hit the fan ... Pippo Inzaghi showed up! And that is just like him (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif)

That is what I am saying. So don't drag him into this, because he has and is one of Milan's hero's.

The sh1t had been hitting the fans for a LONG TIME and there was still no sign of Pippo. To be honest, we played like a team was the reason we won. Everyone chipped in with their best, including Favalli, Gattuso, Janku, Seedorf, Nesta, Kaladze (sorry dst (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) but he didn't make one of his trademark mistakes), Kalac, Inzaghi and Kaka, and even the fans. One man can't change the destiny of a match. Never has anyone, nor will.

Can we do without Pippo? No. Can we do with Kaka? Never. Each has its place in Milan. And no disrespect intended, Kaka can't do jack if the midfield doesn't provide him with those juicy through balls. Football is an easy game, after all. Tell Kaka to win the ball near our defense, run all the way through the field, and score goals: He'll be wearing the Madrid jersey before you know it. Or Kaka', or Seedorf, or Pirlo, or Ronaldo, etc (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Yes, thank God, Gilardino will be leaving. Because it is time to bring in an experienced striker, someone who can hold the weight of this team on his shoulders and converts (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif)

Oh no , im allready happy if we can buy a striker who can give a 3 meters pass , shoot towards the goals once in a while , try to dribble and if it not to much to ask , maybe scoring too ??

@ acid

Actually Milan couldn't do 'jack' in the CL if there was no Kaka. football is a team work but it's decided by superstars most of times. that's why I don't agree with this part: "One man can't change the destiny of a match. Never has anyone, nor will". besides I have Maradona to prove you wrong. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) it has been won by superstars before and will be won by superstars in the future. that's the difference between football and basketball or volleyball!

Besides if the derby was won by the whole team, why is Pippo getting ALL the credit? I don't get it. if there's someone who deserves the most credit, it's Kaka.

(IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) Guys, will you please stop bickering? It's getting to be a bit much, especially after the wonderful derby win yesterday.

Every player who played yesterday - yes, including Brocchi - deserves credit for a good performance. We dominated the lower-case-m merda for most of the game.

If you'd like to continue the 'things we need next year' or the 'gila has disappointed' or the 'kaka is the best player' or the 'pippo is good as an impact player' discussions, perhaps it might be more appropriate to do so in other threads.

If he is being benched by a 34 yr old, then a 18 yr old ... if that is not enough, he is benched by a 17 yr old from Milan's primavera ... I don't know what else (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
