I kept thinking that Rino looked lik someone from comics. I guess it was Wolverine....accelerated healing factor and all.

One of his worst seasons, if not his worst. He's a disaster. I hear people talking bad about the way Ambrosini plays, but some has to say it - Rino is terrible this season. Terrible. (IMG: http://jitugulabani.nomadlife.org/uploaded_images/Gattuso-761434.jpg)

It's only normal in my opinion he runs (I mean running not distance covering) more than anyone else in the squad and he has rarely been changed in the past 3 seasons... he has played till two CL finals one semi-final, a WC final, ... who in Europe has played more games than him?

QUOTE (Fillipo Simone @ Mar 10 2008, 09:06 PM) Apart from being "just tired", he turned 30, did he? Loosing pace,..I wonder...are we loosing a good/great player? He was still great a year ago... I don't think the change can be so drastic... but yeah considering his non-stop running and marking is his greater quality as a player, he will become less effective year by year... QUOTE Galliani: "Gattuso hasn't asked me for a transfer, and there are no problems!"
Adriano Galliani talked about the rumors that have surfaced about the possibility of Milan's midfield dynamo, Gattuso, leaving.
Galliani told SKY: "I don't know if he is having problems with any member of the team. But for sure he doesn't have any problems with me, the president, or any of his team mates. Also, he hasn't asked me for a transfer and I am positive that he would never ask for such a thing. Milan's champions will remain at the club, be that in good circumstances or bad circumstances." SKYQUOTE Galliani: "I had stated that Kaka' wont leave, and that happened, now I'm telling you Gattuso wont leave."
We can't forget the conflict that happened between Milan and Madrid last season, about the fabricated transfer agreement between Kaka' and Madrid that was orchestrated by the Spanish news.
And with the rumors of Gattuso now moving away from Milan, Galliani stands up, the same way he did for Kaka'. Milan's general manager who know takes the reigns of the club after Berlusconi won the elections: "Again I will concur that Gennaro Ivan Gattuso will remain with Milan, he is not one of the players who are available for sale as his long contract stresses. At the end of the season we will meet with him and his representatives. The Milan tifosi can all but rest assured that Gattuso is not going anywhere, just how I assured about Kaka' not going anywhere."
He continued: " Gattuso hasn't and wont ask for a transfer. It is true that we will bring in a midfielder, but that will not be at the expense of Gattuso, he is an integral part of this team." ControCampoQUOTE His agent: "Without a doubt RIngo's desire is to remain with Milan"Ringo Gattuso is a name that has been in the Italian press for quit sometime and it is also linked with a move to England or Germany. But his agent, Claudio Pasqualin has confirmed that Ringo's desire is to remain with Milan. Pasqualin told radio "Kiss Kiss Napoli" : "Ringo i a Rossonero and wants to remain Rossonero. We will meet with the Milan management within the coming month, as we need a few confirmations. But the there is no doubt in that RIngo wants to remain at Milan. At any rate, we will need to talk to the club and then see." He talked about Ronaldinho and his imminent arrival: "I think that what Barca are asking for is an exaggerated number. Milan seem to be on course to finish up all their transfer negotiations (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) And I am sure it will go through, because no other team has followed Ronaldinho the way that Milan have." QUOTE (Rossoneri7 @ Apr 21 2008, 06:57 PM) What are you so angry for? It has become your favorite smiley of late... No Maldini has not played as many games as Gattuso in the past 3 seasons (which is what I was talking about). Not even close. (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Sure, these things can escape, but the again, should be corrected when seen.
