QUOTE (zdrossoneri @ Feb 1 2008, 01:18 AM)
Barca 1-0 Villarreal so far.

Henry scored from what appeared to me as an offside position. Ronaldinho will make his come back in a few minutes.
MESSI IS ON FIRE!! dribbling Villarreal defenders like a bunch of school kids!

Messi got Cygan red carded in two attempts of one-on-one (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Interesting. Carles Puyol has picked up a thigh injury and is expected to be out of action at least through Barca's away leg to Celtic (so...3-4 weeks).

Celtic hasn't lost at home in forever in the champion's league... wonder if that'll change with Barca.

Sure it will. Their defense has no chance against the Catalun attack...

They lost at home not too long ago, to Barca as well, Larsson scored against them. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

It's not that the 4 fantastic four are doing so well... especially away from home.

Didn't the Huns keep them to a 0-0 draw at Ibrox?

I'm not so sure but since the beginning on "CL" only 2 teams beat them at home: Barcelona some seasons ago and Bayern.

17' Almeria 0-0 R.Madrid

Almeria, difficult pitch. And they're having a good season. We'll see how Madrid do there.

Typical.
Lot of injuries in the team and once again, underestimated Almeria. Lack of motivation too?

Barcelona will win tomorrow so 6 pts.

I missed most of the game. wtf happened to Madrid? Were they just outplayed by Almeria? Van Nistlerooy was hurt, but who else? The commentator here (the icky one who does la liga, not the clueful one) was blaming Guti.

Metzelder, Robben, Pepe, Heinze, Saviola, Gago + Nistelrooy...
... and Schuster putting Salgado instead of Marcelo (Torres would move to the left).

But that's just too many injuries. They're doing "a Chelsea". Almost another XI injuried.
