im one of those who defend dida...he's our man, he has to stay...everybody has a bad period, maybe his is a lit to long, but he has a great character in my opinion...it's hard cause gk mistakes are the most expellable...every kepper make mistakes, look at english one
*

So we have to learn to live with Dida's blunders because England doesn't have a single world-class goalie!??

hehe, no...but we have to step in dida's defence...he didn't have as much errors this year as last year, sure that against inter was big but what happend happend, i think he can still do big things in milan...u saw how good kalac saved yesterday, so if he's dida sub than...sure i would like to see a new gk, but has to be young so dida can have affect on him...maybe toldo-j.cesar can be an example to watch...

Man, I love Dida. He has had great games with us and we have won 2 CL's and a Scudetto with him as a goalie. I respect him a lot. But he has to respect the team as well. He is now way too inconsistent for this level and if he cares for this team he should step down. I'm not saying Milan should kick him out just like that but a new first keeper is a must-get in my view.

The English one? Carson? He's made one mistake this season. Even Cech made two big mistakes that lead to goals this season. But Dida? It's been 2 or 3 years of constant mistakes, it's not good enough, not even close.

true, but media is kepping it to harsh on him, so is a lot of people here...as i was saying time ago...buying a new young bet good kepper(not average), like akinfeev(my strongest wish) or curci(maybe he has a bit to much to learn), handanovic has grown in a good kepper,or someone else, but he would have to be a sub for dida for at least half season in my opinion...for his own good

and yes carson had one, but how big one !! (and this doesn't even matter) (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

doesnt matter when and which games he's allowed them.

compared to last year dida hasnt made as many blunders? thats cuz the season isnt over
we havent started the knockout stage yet.

didas made at least 8 blunders this year

if he continues at that rate it's almost a blunder every 3-4 games... thats too much for a club like milan. Gkers for any big club will give away 2-3 bad ones per year max if any.

and how many amazing saves has he made this year? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) he's made some good ones but look at any goalkeepr and he'll make some here and there.

the guy is 34 for fucks sake, 35 by next season you think he's suddenyl gonna become good?

international football is a completely different matter anyways.

carson made one huge blunder for england which has little or no impact on villa. besides he plays for villa @kurt (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) we're talking about the keeper for milan here. i couldnt care less if dida was shite for brazil, just as lapalma doesnt really care about lehmann's form for arsenal cuz he gets it done for germany.

besides i dont think villa would even want dida if they had the chance.

oh and i'm with ya on akinfeev. after him i'd go for for amelia cuz he would be easier to get over curci.

I'd rather play our #3 keeper every game than have Dida. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

I'm hoping that Milan have started looking for a new keeper, even if they're keeping Dida next season. They need to make sure they get the GK position right, there's no other position more important!

I share ur opinion. I mean, a Gkeeper's mistake(s) is put under the microscope, unlike other players on the field. Still, he has lost his way and has cost us from time to time. Just like Gilardino cost us by not scoring. Then again, Gilardino's misfiring is overlooked and being attributed to 'bad luck' while Did's mistakes are attributed to him not being good enough (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Don't worry buddy, he'll be at Milan for a while to come (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

i think we cant judge goalkeepers every game , they arent robots they arent going to play 100% every game although we would love them to (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

Yeah , you can blame sheva too for not scoring in the CL final against Liverpool in the dying minute. he had 2 great opportunities in 3 seconds and missed them all at 1 meter from the goal. I bet even Gila would have scored those (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

THAT cost us the CL final , but you didnt see any of the fans blame him. Why ? because the man won us many cups before and he has done a lot for Milan. Same goes for Dida.

So if you wanna blame a player , dont just blame the ones you dont like.
