^^ It's simple. Generally, this squad ia not enough for league but good for CL. And you can easily see it over the recent years, and it's not hard to find the reasons why.

Sevilla managed another big win tonight, 4-1 over Recreativo. Kanoute and Kerzhakov with two each (Kerzhakov also missed a penalty).
Depth + A "Team" = Good squad. Barca have depth, but are not a team, just individuals. Milan on the other hand are a team, but lack depth. |

They'll be up there, in the top 3/4, but they won't be close enough to truely challenge. |

All I was asking from Milan was, a Juan, a Sneijder and a Saviola. My God that is not too much too ask. Seems like a very healthy summer campaign for a wealthy top team. With those buys and Pato in January, this team would have blossomed. It hurts even talking about it.
