Here's a translation I've done of one of the articles in today's Gazzetta. It's a rough translation and not really edited much for style, but I think it conveys the original reasonably well. (For those who have access to the print editions, the article is on page 2).

When Having a Party Becomes Difficult

At the top of Europe and the world, the night wasn't one for a party. Milan won ints 17th trophy: only the Argentines of Boca Juniors have won as many. I did see Gourcuff, he had the same training clothes that Ronaldo had. Maybe he got a minor injury before the game. But I did see him on the field after the game was finnished.

Overall, Milan invited Sevilla to attack from the very first minute, but Milan never lost it's grip !! As the game went on, Milan's class prevailed again (As expected (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/king.gif) ) and took grasp of the game to end it cooly 3-1.

I don't think 'lauging' is quite the word. While Palop was saving penalties, Dida was.. making himself look like an idiot.

His cv might be better but you are talking about the past:rolleyes: Dida was probably the best keeper in the world back in 2003/4 but is far too shaky nowadays. Yes he is still a great shot stopper but his judgement is awful for crosses etc. Last night seville's goal was his fault - a great keeper doesn't get beat like that! We are just lucky that we have such a strong team(plus Carlo has changed tactics for Europe which we needed (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) ) and that Seville were'nt really in it.

To say that Dida is currently better that either Cech or Buffon is ridiculous.
