Cristian Zapata has criticised Milan Coach Filippo Inzaghi for his rotation policy, blaming a lack of continuity for his own patchy form.

The Colombian defender has made six starts for the Rossoneri this term, as well as appearing from the bench on two occasions and was sent off against Cesena.

While the 28-year old backed Filippo Inzaghi to take Milan back to the top, the former Udinese man criticised the Coach for not having a settled side.

“To get back to top form you need continuity, and I don’t have that,” Zapata lamented in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport.

“It’s a difficult situation to handle when you maybe play one game, with no certainty you’ll play the next.

“I need to be trusted, even though I understand it’s hard to manage 28 people.

“Inzaghi is doing well. Obviously like all of us there are many things he could improve, but he’s going to take us to the top again.

“I hope I can soon return to being a fixture in the team, because being in and out it’s hard to get into a rhythm.

“Now we have to start winning, because only by winning do you get into the Champions League.

“We’ve found it difficult, because we’ve changed players and formations a lot. I think we’re most dangerous in a 4-3-3.

“The defence is almost never the same, and when you change personnel it’s hard to find the right balance.

“We’ve conceded a lot of goals because the central defensive pair has changed so many times.

“I know I’ve done some bad things myself. At Palermo for example, everything went wrong.

“I know I have a lot still to prove, but I have no doubts in my abilities.”

Zapata also defended misfiring striker Fernando Torres, comparing him favourably with Mario Balotelli.

“Fernando helps out defensively, works hard and runs. Mario was a bit more about himself.

“We work well without him.”

So following Armero and MvG now Zapata lays into Pippo's shambolic management.

And given the next match sees change AGAIN it's just starting get ridiculous. As if Pippo has a hard on for rotation.

People slamming him all over the place

All these players coming out of the woodwork and talking/complaining about him seriously does not look good and does not bode well for us

That's Zapata, Mexes, Van Ginkel's agent, SES's agent, Torres and Armero all within a few weeks of each other

Why was Seedorf fired? Cocky attitude and poor man management. Pippo doesn't come too short off that.

Torres said that he didn't come here to sit on the bench (something along those lines) and Stephan's agent said that of course his client is frustrated but he'll honour the coach's wishes bla, bla and a bunch of other diplomatic stuff used to veil over the disdain by agents (this was when SES was being benched each week)

The Torres stuff was BS.
