MILAN – Best on the field and the man with the only goal of the night, Kaladze commented after Milan’s derby win: ‘I am really happy because this was a fundamental game. Now we are five points ahead of Inter and that’s not insignificant. I saw my goal again in the replay, Seedorf did well finding me and then I swept the ball forcefully into the net. It was important to win this game and now we can concentrate on Barcelona. The game with Lecce? Losing those points was sad but I believe that the right lineup was on the field, considering that we could have lost to Lyon. We are improving a lot. We have great consistency also in defence. We must continue on this path because now the season starts to take form and everything will be decisive.’
