The official site says he landed in Milan yesterday. And Galliani pretty much admitted it so I think official announcement will come out soon enough.

What? We didn't sign Suazo because the player had an agreement with Inter. Niang said he's very happy to be joining Milan.

4-2-3-1 is too complex for Allegri.

Ok this is news to me.
This is the signing we've been waiting for.
Niang is well known to me. He's a prodigy from Cannes with an incredible left foot, vision and awareness on a par with Iniesta, and it's a sensational coup for us. He could actually change the course of the club's fortunes for us.
And if you believe that you'll believe anything.

Anything would be better than a 4-3-1-2 when we don't have the players to play Allegri's system. The midfield was a mess against Samp, the attackers were non-existant and Prince was just plain bad. We absolutely need to try something to fit in the best players we have.
Now that we've signed that Niang and Bojan, I simply cannot understand why they would give Cassano plus actual money that we don't have for Pazzini.

We don't have a plan, plain and simple. We sign players aimlessly, without first analyzing the actual needs of the team. Like Italians would say,
siamo alla frutta.

Haha, you got it wrong. Niang was driving by himself, without a license (the kid's 17), and when the cops stopped him, he told them he was Traoré.
Then they escorted him back to his hotel, where he showed them his ID, therefore miserably failing in his plan.
The club said it will take action against the player after it has verified the case.

It will at least rectify the news bit where he said that he was Traore.
At this point I don't know whether he said he was Traore or not, or whether he was driving his car, but if he honestly apologized (even if on Twitter), he's all clear in my books. Provided he doesn't make such mistakes again, even though they can happen anytime, to anyone!
This was a very small, but unnecessary and easily avoidable mistake. But it does disrupt the dressing room.

Yes, as I said in my post, this is a very small mistake, almost negligible.
Were it not for the media, most would probably never have know what happened. But my point is, a few more shenanigans like this, bigger ones even, and it will only subtract from the dressing room atmosphere, not add something positive to it.

Now that you put it this way, yeah that's a point.
My only wild guess is that maybe Traore is of legal driving age and has a license. Maybe Niang wanted to pull a fast one on the traffic wardens. But at this point in time, after his clarification on Twitter, it probably isn't true.
I reckon the guy said that this is Traore's car, and it was lost in translation to the traffic police.

Doesn't it?!
I mean instead of behaving like model professionals (or at least trying to behave like one), players when tangle themselves in these needless incidents, it just adds extra laundry to the team. Even if it is just less than 1%. I mean, he didn't, but what if he put his name in as Traoré?!
That's probably the reason why the Milan management came down on the kid.
Granted he doesn't seem to be much of a trouble maker (like a certain someone named Cassano), but a negligence is a negligence.
