Zlatan Ibrahimovic says it will be no one else's fault but Milan's if they throw away the Scudetto this season.

The 29-year-old Sweden international is suspended for next week's potentially title-deciding derby with former club Inter after he needlessly got himself sent off against Bari.

Asked if he feels burnt out, Ibrahimovic said: “No, no. I feel very good. My form is very good. It's all good.

“I think the title race will be tough until the end. There are eight games left.

“Seeing that Inter won their last game and we lost, now it's really tough.

“If we don't win the Scudetto it's our fault because we are the best team in Italy.

“The derby is important because it's more than a normal game. I have played in many derby matches and I know this. It would be great and important to win.”
