I don't know about the website doing audio - it doesn't look like they will, in either English or Italian.

Ronaldo and God are the only two Milan players not available for this game, according to Ancelotti's press conference the other day.

As far as I know Milan's site only streams live audio for the official matches

For what little it's worth, Eurosport/Yahoo Italia should be doing the text play-by-play of the game in Italian.
