Well, whether they have Tevez or not it makes no difference. He has not had any impact on any of their games so far. They should get another striker thoguh, Rooney/Saha/One other should be enough, especially with all those wingers they have.

Chelsea need something from tomorrows game to really keep the pace up at the top. Can they finally break their curse at Villa Park, 1 win in 11 years? I think so. 1-0 Chelsea.
Arsenal have a good home record, but they don't win enough at home to really challenge for the title. I can't see them losing tomorrow, but Pompey will cayse alot of problems. 2-1 Arsenal.

A billion, who's made that up United's was £250/270 million when they originally took over, with the signings it's probably about £300 mil now, no where near the billion mark even in euros
