"There's a good chance," Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi was reported as saying of a possible transfer for the two-time FIFA player of the year, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport.

Ronaldinho's brother, Roberto Assis, met with Milan vice president Adriano Galliani on Tuesday, according to the reports.

"Barcelona deserves great respect. The relationship is optimal. There are no problems. But my brother can't avoid being attracted to Milan," Assis told the Gazzetta. "There is a Brazilian family here that always welcomes us."

Assis also represents Milan's Brazilian forward Ricardo Oliveira. The Rossoneri roster includes five other Brazilians: Ronaldo, Kaka, Dida, Cafu and Serginho.

Ronaldinho's contract with Barcelona expires in 2010 and is worth â‚¬8 million (US$10.6 million) per season.

"Milan has always said that it is ready to intervene if Ronaldinho leaves Barcelona," Galliani said. "But I don't have any intention of putting pressure on my friend (Barcelona president) Joan Laporta. Ronaldinho has another three years on his contract with the Catalans and we don't see any signs of it breaking."

I read somewhere that Rico had fired Assis as his agent in Jan and got himself a new one.

I know I was worried too. I think it was on some football news section somewhere. It got me worried, coz it would be obvious that we were just using Rico to get Dinho and I thought that was a sh!tty thing to do.

Nah .. I believe he is still his agent, Oliviera has something to do with the R10 transfer, but I still believe that he has something to prove to the Milan fans too.

But he isnt physically present on the pitch, that is something he'll need to work at if he wants to remain at the club

I'm wondering if this whole R10 thing is getting annoying. I mean if B&G are gonna get him, go ahead but don't do it in front of the whole freaking world. If I were a Barca fan, I'd prolly feel really pisssed off about this whole thing. What we're doing to Barca are basically what Real are doing to us....and despite B&G saying that we're not putting pressure on anyone, its obvious the whole media mess is.....

no...real tried to go behind our backs to get kaka...they never came to milan first

the fact that HIS agent is coming to us is completely different than trying to steal someone out from underneath you.
