AC Milan bid for River Plate keeper Carrizotribalfooball.com - December 08, 2006
AC Milan are being linked with River Plate goalkeeper Juan Pablo Carrizo.
The 22 year-old could arrive in Italy next month as a long-term replacement for Milan No1 Dida.
Buenos Aries reports suggest a bid of £5 million has already been lodged by Milan for Carrizo.
It's on tribal, calciomercato and many argentinien websites.Anybody know this guy? From Argentina... I just know German Lux and Ustari (keepers).

Milan eye new number Juan
River Plate goalkeeper Juan Pablo Carrizo is the latest custodian to be linked with Italian giants Milan.
The injured Nelson Dida has yet to extend his deal with the Rossoneri, which expires in June 2007, and the Via Turati outfit are looking for a possible replacement.
Carrizo, who is famous for his penalty stops, impressed Milan transfer guru Ariedo Braida during his recent tour of South America and is currently valued at £2.8m.
The 22-year-old would therefore be much more economical to sign compared to Livorno man Marco Amelia, as the Tuscan club are looking for at least £7m for the World Cup winner.
Dida, who damaged his knee in the Champions League tie with AEK Athens last month, may still require surgery.
Carrizo could join the San Siro boys as early as January if Dida does go under the knife to resolve his fitness issue

He could be good as a 2nd GK, that is if Dida stays, but if he doesn't .. Then we have to look for someone w/ more experience
