All talk in here !

What do you think we need, what do you think we'll get and what you believe we'll actuall end up with (if any) !!
dst
Although our strikers (with the aid of our explicit midfield) could pull the job, a little help on that side wouldn't do us no harm.

I'd go for Mutu !! I like him since before his 'Getting-High-Happy' days and he'd be one hell of a reinforcement right now plus he'd create some bigger competition for the first XI places ... and he'd bring some good stuff in Milan too which is always good !! biggrin.gif

We're not signing anyone in January.
Baldy is not wasting money after Christmas. At least is what I think.

Last season January Transfer Window was such a disappointment. I hope this one will be better.

Villa would be nice smile.gif but it's not gonna happen. I think we won't sign anyone

Who is available? is a better question.

This past summer was a hot time for picking up strikers. All the names people wanted were there on a platter.

We haven't played top notch teams yet so there hasn't been a real test for the defense.

Our offense could go either way. It hasn't showed much against the weak schedule that we've faced so far in the scudetto and the CL.

The problem is our managements philosophy of holding onto players and praying that they come around. We already have a list full of midfielders and defenders who sit the bench or do nothing.

I'd say
1- a 4th striker who is tip top --Yeah Villa would be nice but he's scoring consistently in Spain. Valencia is an attacking squad that has scored several in the past 3 games.

2- An very offensive minded midfielder
jbryant1
It really could go either way.

I don't have much expectations after the let down last january and this summer.

Especially because there aren't many players available unless your Barcelona or want to spend money like Madrid and Chelsea.

I say get him. Get some hungry talent. I have a preference for the brazilian or argentinian offensive style.

Madrid have too many players. Their bench is a team in and of itself.

But who knows we were saying this about Sobis, Tevez and others. Its hard to get my hopes up.

Galliani will probably come out and say. We are fine with what we have.
bigmacmtl
Ya huntelaar would be perfect, or maybe van persie. it's about time milan get a dutch forward!!! torres is still a posiblity. but ya galliani has been a cheapo of late. we seem to only sign either free agents or unknown players, it's obviosu that they are holding back from spending big bucks. i wouldnt say that we milan fans are asking much, teams like chelsea, real, barca, valencia, inter, liverpool are fereely spending. i wanted us to get kuyt so bad...realmad.gif

dst: Gago is probably going to R.Madrid on January. At least it was the Marca's front new yesterday.

From a portuguese newspaper some minutes ago:

QUOTE
Futebol Internacional : www.abola.pt

They're saying that Milan is looking for Milesvkiy and is going to try to get him in January.
In Ukraine people keep saying that he's some kind of "new Shevchenko".
I was at the Euro under-21 last Summer and I must say, besides Huntelaar, he was the one who impressed me. With good tecnique, good shot, physical player (strong). I think it's probably a good add for our attack. Maybe we can sell/loan Borriello in January and get him.

More about Milevskiy? » http://www.milanfan.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=3438 smile.gif

"Adriano Galliani is really thinking in getting 'the new Sheva' in January to give Ancelotti more attacking options"

Basically the same. Now on italian press.

Yeah I read the Marca article but you know ... it's Marca ... rolleyes.gif I hope it's not true cause I so much luuuv Redondo wub.gif Even if he's just 1% of him he must be good !! king.gif

I hope it's true (about Milesvkiy) ... We kinda need him ... I wish they hesitate no more and get someone at last !!

Upcoming Galliani statment: "We'll get an Ukranian" rolleyes.gif

@bigmacmtl: Kuyt ?? I honestly prefer Borriello to him !!
Rossoneri7
Milesvkiy who ?! Wha ??

It's either players in their mid 30s or under 21 players for Milan's transfer policy !!!

Well, I dont know much about this Milesvkiy .. But I trust in Milan's transfer policy, hope he's good smile.gif
X-Offender
Milevsky would be a good add to our attack. He impressed me at the World Cup this summer, clearly a future talent. Besides him, I would love to sign a new AM. I'm not asking a big name, just someone who can make breathe Ricky for a couple of matches.
LaPalma
I want Peter Crouch...
Nah...I think it's useless to wait for the winter transfer window, I can't remember the last big signing we made in winter. But I want Dimitar Berbatov ( I guess that will be impossible...)
dst
we don't need big signings, we need to be strengthened ... almost unknown (in Europe) players like Gago could come in handy !! devil.gif

If we need unknown players I want Markus Brenzska. 22-years old CB, he's playing for Borussia Dortmund right now, and already put Christoph Metzelder on the bench...
berenike_10
Generally on invernal transfer markets milan doesnt make big moves, the rumors are on milevsky, nevertheless i don't will get him on january perhaps next season, i would really like to see anatoly tymoschuck with the milan jersey, he's like poulsen, strong, and has a great takle and can addatp to play as central defence.. but as you know and i know.. it won't happend...

Oh, and about Metzelder...that guy is ALWAYS injured...

I also think Sammer was one of the most outstanding defenders in 90ies, along with Paolo, Baresi, Billy and Juergen Kohler. Maybe even Lilian Thuram...

there are rumorus in croatian media that milan is interested in buying 20 year old Vedran Čorluka (Dinamo)...belive me this player has a potential to be even with nesta or maldini class...whoever watched game croatia-england has seen his great playin...he's a tall guy, naturaly a central defender, but he plays on the right side for national team...he play with coolnes like his 40year old like costacurta...i really can't belive how good he playes...people trust me, he would be a greath add to milan team...remember the name Čorluka V. even if he wont play for acm

height: 193cm

I like his height... But I have to see him play...

you said he played on the right ... so where's Srna !!?? huh.gif
aLbErTo
srna hasn't played last two matches...he was injured...but still srna had an error like ibrahimovic in sweden...before the match against russia...srna,balaban & olic went out and party...they were all punished with not playing in moscow...and corluka played really well there...so probably he'll play that position now...for srna i don't know...the team looks good and he's not missing at all for now
