Definately Lazio with Foggia.

btw who did Mazoratti play for last season, I don't think I've ever seen him play, what position does he play in and is he any good?

Marzoratti played for our Primavera squad.
About the topic, I too think Lazio with Foggia. I admire this pal and loaning for one year to a considerable club like Lazio will only develop him into a better player.

The said news is Lazio has the right to buy after 1 year loan. That's mean if Foggia returns Milan then he is not a star. sad.gif

Can sb check it?

He played for us last season at pre-season and during our Cuppa Italia matchs. He also came on for 1 serie A match.

He plays at RB, but IMHO not good enough for Milan, not even a prospect for the future

c'mon man he's just 20 years old ... I think he's very good for his age!!! I can't name an RB that was better than him in his 20s!!!

i agree...people expect too much from young kids these days. marzoratti has a bunhc of time to develop. sure he wont be a costacurta or maldini but im sure he will turn out to be a great player.
Captain Ambro
Pozzi I hope will somewhat fill Tavano's shoes, even though he's nowhere near that level yet.

Foggia will almost certainly develope into something great in Lazio, that'll be the perfect environment for him. Then we'll see if Milan takes him back, I have a feeling they won't, since they're playing without wingers.

Of course Marzoratti will be interesting to follow as well.

The rest I don't have much hope in, Sammarco is decent but has to grab a starting spot in Chievo before we start talking. Donati I've given up on many years ago.

Foggia dreaming of Milan upset

Lazio winger Pasquale Foggia is desperate to start his capital stint with a win at Milan – the team that own him.

The former Under-21 international joined the Biancocelesti on loan after spending last season at Ascoli and impressed Coach Delio Rossi in the recent friendly against Anderlecht.

“I dream of winning at San Siro, although I understand it won’t be easy,” said the creative midfielder.

“I know that Milan are a strong side, with many top-level players, but we will go on to the pitch to do our best.”

Although it seemed that Foggia could have remained at Milan this term, he admits he was excited by the possibility of joining Lazio for the campaign.

“This transfer was very important for me, I wanted to stay in Italy and Lazio represented my first choice,” noted the 23-year-old.

“Here I will have a chance to play more games. Milan are a great club but I know I wouldn’t have been handed much playing time there.

“I am aware there are many players competing for a spot in the starting line-up, but if we all play well that can only be an advantage for the team.”

The Biancocelesti will start the term with an 11-point deduction following Calciopoli, but Foggia is remaining optimistic.

“This will be a difficult season, there are no doubts about that, but we are a young side that wants to do well,” continued Foggia.

”There is an excellent group here and Rossi is a good boss. We are all aware that our supporters expect a lot from us, but that only motivates us more.

”I personally want to contribute to Lazio’s championship, hopefully scoring some goals. The derby with Roma? They’ve told me about, I don’t think anything else needs to be said…”

Meanwhile, Massimo Mutarelli’s fitness is improving even if he’s unlikely to be available for the Week 1 clash.

I don't think he is angry, I'm sure that he is happy he was loned because he knew he was not going to get a lot of playing time, and I think that he will want to prove to Galliani and Carlo what he can do.

Btw dst, I know you were interested in this, and I don't know if you have eurosport 2, but they are showing the Juve - Rimini match live at 3:00pm (CET). I mentioned this because I know Kaka's little bro plays for Rimini but is owned by Milan, and if you don't have the channel don't worry, I'm going to watch it and I'll keep an eye on how he performs against Del Piero and Co.
