Midfielder Samuele Dalla Bona is set for a move to Greek outfit AEK Athens.

The 25-year-old has concurred on a three-year deal with AEK worth €900,000 (£600,000) per season.

Dalla Bona is due in Athens on Monday to undergo a medical before putting pen-to-paper to end a spell in his homeland.

Liga outfit Levante were also tracking the Italian, although he has opted for a lucrative switch to Greece.

Dalla Bona, formerly of Chelsea, began his career with Atalanta before returning to Italy with Milan.
