I haven't heard anything about him during this whole scandal thing...is he wanting out of fiorentina? if so...then would you think it would be wise for milan to pick him up?
i mean, we're looking for someone to replace sheva...and who better than the guy who scored the most goals in the hardest league in the world.

Fiorentina said they won't let him leave.
And he is a bit old he is almost 30 and not proven in big competitions like the CL yet so I don't think it would be wise to get him since he would undoubtedly cost a LOT

I don't think Toni is too old, but neither do I think he's the kinda striker we need.
He's more a box striker, and we already have 2 of that kind, plus han is right. Toni has almost no experience in playing international games against european top teams.
If it was for me, I'd like to see Klose in Milan, in the WC he showed the whole world he's much more than a box striker, got the golden shoe, and was definetely the best striker in the WC. He's who we need, he already played 2 seasons in the CL, and with age 28 he's not too old to be an important player for us.
Btw I don't think Toni will stay with the Fiorentina. I already heard rumors about Inter, Real, ManU and Bayern Munich beeing interested in him. I don't think Fiorentina can hold him when it comes to the point anyone bids more than 20 million €.

I think Klose's style lays somewhere between what we got and what we need!!!!!
He's a great striker but I don't want him right now ...

I guess he's somewhere between what we need an what we can get...
We can't get Torres or Tevez, neither will we get Henry. We don't need Toni, and we don't need Trezeguet.
maybe we can get Crespo, that'll be great. But I'd prefer Klose. he might not be a young striker, but he hasn't won much titles so far, so he'll be hungry for them

I have to say Klose impressed me in the world cup I,m not a big fan of German players but all of the team considering how young they are where great, I think every body sees Klose as a box striker but he has a lot more potential then that, in the WC he was constantly holding the ball up for his strike partner and drifting wide and crossing the ball in the box, he rally impressed me and might just be what we need plus he has the goal tally to prove it (wasn't he top-scorer in the bundes liga last season?) and winning the goalden boot are really big achievments. Maybe Braida and Carlo should really consider him as an option for us, he isn't Sheva but he has certain qualities that Sheva has and he would be a great relacement at least for now until we can unearth the next big thing like we did with Sheva after Van Basten's retirement

So you want one more striker that possibly can't score in the CL? Who are we gonna rely on?

I really don't think it's in the best interest of Milan to look for someone who plays identical football as Shevchenko; simply put, no one can come close. What we need to do, is find a a good striker, someone with a clear future... and perhaps play with a diff tactical system than when Sheva was up front

I think it's a really big factor, Gila is still young and that was his first year in a big club he must have felt a lot of pressure and secondly Gila was very unlucky last year he hit the post like 4 times in the CL alone.
Toni would be 31 by the time we get back in the CL, he doesn't have the time to find his feet because he would already be looking at retirement by the time he learns to score in the CL
