GALLIANI: ‘We are the most entertaining team in Italy’

1/11/2006

BRESCIA – AC Milan’s chief executive, Adriano Galliani, spoke with the Milan Channel: ‘It’s always a question of whether your glass is half empty or half full; I see it as half full. Certainly, we must try to concede less goals but we are the most entertaining team in Italy. We have reached the Italian Cup quarter-finals along with the other top teams, which shows that no one snubs this competition. There will be some good games in the next round. Amoroso? He will arrive in Milan tomorrow. He will have a medical test and, if he passes, we will sign him. He seems like a quality player who could help us in the offence. Then a word for Christian Vieri, who said today that he was sorry to leave AC Milan: ‘I want to thank him. He did well here, worked hard. I think that this could be his last opportunity for the World Cup, he will be 33 years old. His request was legitimate and we left as friends.’
